Julie was amazing. She visiting my mom and me at my mom's residence at The Vineyards retirement community. She made us feel supported and explained everything very well. She was kind and patient and overall a great representative!

Jason, Miguel and Kaitlyn provided the absolute most genuine and caring attention to me and my family. This has been the most tragic experience in my life, and Stephen's and Bean were very professional, as well as accommodating with every detail. Thank you all for honoring my husband's life. I can not begin to express the sincere gratitude I have for how everyone here made me feel heard, seen and cared for.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found such a wonderful experience in a time of sadness. As we all know the experience that we all share having to say goodbye to a loved one and then the hard part comes which is the process of planning a funeral. From the moment of my first call and my initial visit to discuss my options and arrangements, my funeral director Kaitlyn Sousa helped ease the process throughout, explaining every detail and answering all of my questions and presenting every option. I want to say a huge thank you to Kaitlyn for your professionalism and most of all that you cared to make sure I was in good hands. The service was done perfectly and the reception was over and beyond. My family was very impressed of the services you provided. Thank you again Kaitlyn and the team members at Stephen & Bean. Stephens and Bean Funeral Home provided excellent service for our Dad's viewing and Memorial Service. They went above and beyond and made us feel that we were part of their family.

We selected Stephen's & Bean on request of my mother's wishes. We had also experienced them from previous funerals held there. Katelyn was great, very friendly, cooperative and willing to accommodate our family wishes. There were a few hiccups that were corrected. I wish somebody would make a checklist of things to do. It's a bit overwhelming and could have been prevented my mistake of not paying the extra fee to intern my mother in the cemetery. It was taken care of and mom was buried the next Monday when I paid the bill. Overall Stephen's and Bean provided a great service for our family. The pictures we submitted for a video was made into an album- such a nice touch!

The staff was extremely attentive. Everyone we spoke with was professional and very helpful, in particular, Jason. He handled my mother's graveside service beautifully, to interviewing and selecting a fine Pastor to last minute music requests. We very much appreciated and would certainly recommend Stephens and Bean.

I highly recomend Stephen and Bean. We recently put our mom to rest and mom had a plan that everything was chosen by her and all taken care of. From day one to the celebration of life. Our family had a wonderful and caring experience with this facility. Shout out to Kaitlyn who was our go to person. God is so good and I praise him for putting the right people in our life especially times like these.
