My husband and I decided to get solar and we chose SunMade because honestly their rep (kacee) was amazing, she was very responsive and friendly, she helped us with all our concerns and questions right away. Once we established the solar install dates, the guys were friendly and efficient and everything was done in two days. I am super happy with the customer service we received and would highly recommend.

What a stellar company to work with! I spent about 2 months doing research and setting up interviews with 3 different solar companies and SunMade was by far the better choice for us. TLDR: *Excellent communication between rep, office, and install techs. *Speedy install windows, clean practices. * Honest group of knowledgeable people. *Helps you save the most and responsive to customer needs, concerns, and questions. Full Story: Our roof was falling apart, our neighborhood was constantly having brownouts, AND we were paying 3 times our regular bills for energy in the summer. Kacee, our rep, was friendly and knowledgeable when visiting the house or fielding my questions over the phone. If there was something she didn't know - this was rare - she reached out to Oz or someone at the office to get the right answer quickly. She was able to help me navigate the language of the HR 1 bill that cut back on how long homeowners had to get solar with tax breaks and how it impacted net metering residential returns. The best choice I made when choosing to go solar was choosing SunMade for the installation. Such a seamless process from start to finish. I did quite a bit of research beforehand and other companies were overselling with prices and products that didn’t match the data I pulled from our area. Jon came over to our house for a consultation and it was a done deal. Sunmade’s pricing is competitive and what honestly sold me is the fact that they’re also a roofing company. My roof is still is great shape, and I was worried installing solar could decrease the longevity if the workers are careless. We went under contract within 2 days, and they handled everything! Our system was installed in about a month (I was traveling so I had to push the install date back a week). PGE sent the email that our system was approved and PGE was out a few days later to get us up and running! I have a fairly large system at 18kwh with two Tesla batteries. Using Tesla batteries for our system was a non-negotiable for me and SunMade is a certified installer for Tesla batteries. I highly recommend SunMade Solar. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way and communicated promptly whenever there were updates or changes. The installation crew was professional, punctual, and efficient. They completed the work quickly while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail. I would also like to recognize my representative, Duane for his outstanding service. After the solar panels were installed and PG&E connected the system, he contacted me within the next day or so to schedule an appointment to show me how to use the app, and made sure everything was properly set up. SunMade delivered exactly what they promised. Their professionalism, communication, honesty, and quality workmanship made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with my solar system and would confidently recommend SunMade Solar to anyone considering going solar.

SunMade is truly a 5 star company! We are very pleased with the SunMade team and our experience, the initial consultation was low key, no pressure and informative. We did a full roof replacement and solar system with Tesla battery, as we live in an older home there were a couple of challenges along the way but Sun Made stuck by us and we figured it out. We really appreciate the professionalism, thoroughness, consistency and attention to detail the SunMade team strives for. We are excited to have an alternative energy source other than the grid and look forward to much lower energy costs.
