Worst company ever please don’t fall for these people or their fake reviews. They lied to us and disappeared. Once they installed the panels they pass it over to Texas Solar and they are even worst. The installation was awful they did a horrible job plus when we got our first bill it wasn’t what we agreed on. Tried to call and I get no answer I have left voicemail and emails. I have personally called and nobody answers their phone. The sales rep don’t answer to take accountability for his lies. Please look somewhere else there are better companies out there. UPDATE: I was contacted by Natalie from the office about my problem and Natalie told me she will fix the problem. We were told the fees that we were going to pay to use the city grid were $20 and in reality was $40. She was kind enough to apologize for the lies the Sales Rep told me and she said she was going to talk to finance to see how they can help. Will give an update once the problem is fix.

I was lucky that Luis Rea advised me with everything I needed to know for the purchase of solar panels. He was very professional and he never pressured or manipulated us to make the purchase, we are happy with the solar panels because we are saving energy. I 100% recommend Luis to advise you, he is very patient and available. The panels within the first month, the commissioning took almost 3 months but this is a normal time since the city has to do the final inspection. Everyone who came to my house was very responsible and professional.

My husband and I decided to go solar but we needed a new roof. We didn't know if we could get a loan for it. We came in contact with Martin Bravo. He was great. He explained everything to us step by step. We got our roof bundled with our solar and got a monthly payment that was manageable. Martin always was in contact with us letting us know what happens next with our solar installation. It was an easy process. We are so excited for our new solar energy. Thank you Martin Bravo for being so professional. And thank you Bright World.

My husband and I moved to our new home 3 years ago and had a great experience with Nikko. Recently, he reached out again regarding adding new panels to help us save more $ and we were helped by Francis. They both are awesome guys to work with. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend this company.

Bright World is an amazing solar company! Israel really helped me understand how the systems work and how effortless it was getting solar. During the consultation, he took his time to walk me through the entire process and made sure I understood how everything worked and all the benefits that came with going solar. He was very informative, knowledgeable and was super friendly and can help you eliminate your true-up bill. My experience with Bright World was wonderful! Highly recommend going with Bright World for solar.
