Currently experiencing a proud outage and my neighborhood again this is what the second or third time and this summer so they said they working on it We didn't even get no heads up or anything I hope this resolved itself immediately due to people have medical machines and breathing apparatuses that use power and the power is out and no updates from PG&E

Imagine if PG&E actually used the ridiculous amount of money we all pay them to do their one job and provide us power.... because they don't do that. They prove over and over again they are incapable of handling the millions and millions of dollars we give them to provide us power. It's like... we keep asking them for power and they keep asking us "What about the shareholders?" Sickening company. Even their workers say they just work there for the discount on their power bill and because they don't have to do much while they are there.

Sept. 4th 2025 101 degrees. my power went out. I thought it was the area, but it was a problem at my home. PG&E showed up in less than 2 hours. Got our power up and running. The Technician had it fixed so fast, extremely knowledgeable about our electric at our house. Thank you PG&E for coming the the rescue!💯

Nothing but greed milking the central valley of everything they work for. Want a semi-livable home? 1/4 of your money will go to not even barely keeping it cool. Let’s say you want it enjoyable at home, livable we could say, expect to lose 1/2 of your biweekly pay towards not sweating bullets in a 90+ degree or higher house or apartment. Y’all at pg&e are truly disgusting! So many people have outages losing HUNDREDS in refrigerated products as well as frozen foods in our homes. Absolutely nothing said or ever done about that! Just charge the customer who’s already suffering more $??!

Thank you PGE for once again rolling out a new version of your website, making your customers change their account details to log in to the site to do basic account maintenance and for your "Brand New Website" being unable to do the basic things we need to do like say pay for our accounts online and instead throwing Error {"status":500,"body":{"exceptionType":"vlocity_cmt.ApplicationService.ApplicationException","isUserDefinedException":true,"message":"This OmniScript requires re-compilation. Please deactivate and activate it by clicking 'Deactivate Version' and 'Activate Version' button.","stackTrace":"(System Code)"},"headers":{},"ok":false,"statusText":"Server Error","errorType":"fetchResponse"} Please contact your Salesforce Administrator. and giving us a phone number to a system that doesn't allow us to get help or leave a message to get help and it even hangs up on us when we try to go back up to the main menu.
