My car was so dirty do to the rain and I really needed a wash. I was in a bit of a rush today and ended up leaving my wallet. I didn't realize it until at the last moment. I explained to Attendee Hailey the situation and told me that she was going to let me through. I told her that I would leave her a good review. But as it turns out, it wasn't what I thought. I pulled up just before the entryway of the wash and she's literally shouting to the other attendee that she's not to allow me into the actual wash. I was just like " Oh WOW!!!" I see now she has a point to prove. She tells a row of cars behind me to back up, several cars almost hitting each other, drawing even further of an inconvenience for everyone that's just there to wash their cars. I completely understand that businesses have to protect their bottom dollar and avoid any scams. I run a business myself. But I come to this same carwash every week and the one time I forget my wallet, I'm not given the courtesy of a free wash in exchange for a positive review. But instead, I'm shouted and turned around completely from getting a wash. I will be taking this up to corporate. Hailey you were very unprofessional today!

This is the best car wash in San Diego not just because it’s superstar car wash… but because of the happy friendly energy that these employees put off every time I come through. Hayley and Elizabeth absolutely love their job. There’s no way they could be Faking it. Here I come through in my Tesla and I got this humongous electric bike on a rack attached to the back of my car and every time I forget that it’s there and they’re so kind so nice they helped meGuiding me back out of line so I could drop the bike in the rack. I really appreciate these people when I come through their number one When it comes to good energy and customer service.. Then there was Terrence kind young man without hesitation, offered to help me lift the bike and the bike rack together and get it back on to the car thank you Terrence. I couldn’t have done it without you, buddy…. they are just so nice so happy I feel That there’s not enough Said Relating to their positive energy in customer service we don’t see that in young adults very much anymore so thanks again..Terrence, Elizabeth and Haley Swicky1

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I’ve used plenty of conveyor-style car washes and never had an issue until coming here. The employee directing cars wasn’t paying attention and lined my car up crooked. The second I got on the belt, my wheel got caught on the side and my tire was completely pulled off the rim. My tire pressure light came on immediately. I was told to file a claim, then heard nothing for weeks. After I followed up myself, they claimed there was no form on file until I resent proof I had already submitted it. Then they quickly denied my claim after their so-called “thorough investigation.” Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and no concern for customer vehicles. I’m now stuck paying for damage caused by their employee’s mistake. If you care about your car, go somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I’m writing this to hopefully save someone’s car from damage. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before getting a membership here. Just like many others, my front left wheel got caught on something on the track. Car jerked hard and rim was scratched badly. I was told to file a claim in which they denied immediately. They stated the damage was not consistent with their equipment even though their equipment literally attaches to your front left wheel. The claims department did zero investigation and zero “due diligence”. It really makes me want to get everyone together and class action this car wash. That’s how frustrating this has been. They will take your monthly payment, damage your car and then say not their problem. STAY FAR AWAY!

Chipped the paint off my rims, broke my left mirror, and look how dirty my car is after paying for their most expensive wash, I talked to a manager, he said file a claim, after a month I was denied for repairs. They cite that they don’t have cameras to prove it was from them and that my evidence was insufficient. Honestly just stay away from this place
