Omar was super helpful getting me out of a jam later in the evening. My starter busted and I was stuck waiting outside my doctors office. I called Omar, he met me within the hour and promptly looked over the car, got me a new starter and installed it all within 2 hours. So far no issues with the car and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Omar to anyone, super professional and proficient. Thanks again Omar!

Omar was extremely professional and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He had to travel across town to be able to secure the parts that I needed. Didn't even question and went ahead and got it done. Absolute beast of an machinic! Gave me the information that I needed and went above and beyond tk make sure that I was taken care. If I'm still in the area I will definitely use him again if needed.

I took my car to two dealerships and an independent shop because the battery kept dying after the car sat for 4–5 days. Every place told me it was a bad battery, so I ended up replacing the battery three different times and still had the same problem. Then I called The Car Doc. After listening to my description of the issue, Omar immediately suspected a parasitic draw. I sat and watched the entire diagnostic process, and it was honestly impressive. He tracked the problem down to a door switch issue that was intermittently telling the computer the door was opening, causing the vehicle to stay awake and slowly drain the battery. What amazed me most was the level of diagnosis and attention to detail. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never seemed bothered that I was watching the entire time. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. After wasting money on batteries and being misdiagnosed by multiple places, it was refreshing to find someone who actually takes the time to diagnose the problem correctly instead of guessing and replacing parts. Highly recommend! Omar came out to help me change a flat tire, and even though I was missing the key to unlock the wheel, he went above and beyond to find a solution. He was professional, hones, and extremely helpful. I will definitely call him again if I ever need roadside assistance!

Car Doc was amazing. Omar was very professional and was able to come out the very next day to diagnose my problem. He was able to order the parts and fix it within a day. He didn't try to upsell or find other issue to charge me for. I really appreciate the honesty and the fact that he comes to you to fix the issue is a huge time saver. I highly recommend Car Doc for my car issues.

It’s hard to find the words to say what Omar did for me and my baby cat. I just traveled across the county to relocate from Alabama back San Diego after 6 years. My cats were stressed out from traveling and when I went to take them out of my truck into my place I could only find 3 of my cats. I took apart my back seats thinking she was in there but no where to be found. I even looked under the dash board but couldn’t find her so I started my truck up to drive to Dennys to see if she jumped out and when I started my truck up she was logged under the dash board and was stuck. I called the fire department they came out but couldn’t do anything. I called animal control and they couldn’t do anything. So I called up a few mobile mechanics but they wouldn’t come out. I found Omar online and he could hear my urgency and concern in my voice and agreed to come out. My cat figured away to get deep into the dash board and he had to take it apart to get to her. It was amazing the work he did to rescue her. My cat tried to get out but she was trapped. I’m truly thankful for Omar for rescuing her. He’ll be back tomorrow to put it back together. Omar is absolutely one of the best person I have ever dealt in a business situation. I'm 62 so that's a strong statement from a grumpy old guy. I had contacted him in regards to what I thought was a leak in my radiator but he immediately said yes the radiator had a small leak but he showed me that the problem was a major leak by the thermostat. He gave me the choice on the replacement of the radiator and we decided to get it all done at once. My vehicle is a 2014 Ford Expedition which i love but I saw what a incredible pain it was to get to the thermostat. He charged me the service rate for these jobs which was 7.1 but he was working on my vehicle several hours more than that at no extra charge. He took the time to do a thorough check of his work which I appreciated. We definitely have found our go to mechanic and will highly recommend him to our family and friends. Was quoted thousands of dollars by my dealership to fix something in my front suspension. Omar was able to come out and give a second opinion. The problem turned out to be something completely different. He saved me a whole lot of time and money. Super trustworthy and even advised against any unnecessary work. Definitely recommend :)
