Good park with lots of swings and 2 different play structures. Bathrooms are dirty and the air dryers don't work. Not hot water. No changing station. Quiet not alot of traffic perfect for just playing at the park. Handicap ramp on some play structures.

Historical building on site. Great play grounds for the kids. Have your small get together or parties at the party section. π₯³ The park is at Helm and Huntington. Only last year there was some random shooting over a dispute involving men arguing. People visiting the park from events have gotten into fights with residents over parking on thier grass since it's county there are no curbs on Helm side, so visitors were not respecting residents. The homeless get chased out near the gated pond area not available to the public. It's more like a reservoir. Homeless normally get in through the locjed gates at night and the city has to chase them out.

All play equipment is in good condition. Just the normal wear and tear of course. Cute replica house, tower, and trolley. Two playgrounds. Nice gazebo's with picnic tables, great for parties or bbqs. They have grills by the gazebos. No regular swings only one handicap and three baby swings.
