Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really bad service, I go here because I know is not busy but it seems they don't like to service customers. Had to close my account because Liz could not provide service.

Terrible service. I opened an account at the beginning of September. The employee accepted all my documents and opened the account, and my debit card arrived in the mail a few days later. But a month later, I discovered that I couldnβt receive money through Zelle or other payments. I called customer service, and they informed me that my card had been frozen two weeks ago because I had allegedly not provided any documents when opening the account, even though I had submitted all the required documents. I went to the bank and found out that the employee who helped me had resigned a few days later. Apparently, he didnβt care and didnβt bother with my documentsβhe simply didnβt upload them. I submitted all my documents again, but the employee said my documents were not acceptable. However, last time everything was fine, and an hour later I had no problem opening an account at Chase with the same documents. Throughout my interaction with the employee, he kept saying he didnβt know anything and could just close my account, and thatβs it. I repeatedly tried to understand what was going on and why my account had been frozen. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the employee said he wa

Bad costumer service!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment yesterday at 11:15am. I came early (10:40-10:50am). The asian guy that was sitting in one of the cubicle asked me how can he help, and I said I had an appointment with Citlaly Garcia. He said that that person wasn't there that day and called off. He ended up helping me. I was trying to open an account for me and my daughter (3.5months) so he said I need either my social security card or proof of it like my tax return, I waa so frustrated because it didn't say that in the appt requirements, I told him I will just cash ( a US bank) check instead, and he said if it's more than $2000, we can't cash it. I needed the cash so I said I will come back and get the requirements that he needs, since I still have time and I live close by. I came back around 11:20am and he already is assisting another costumer. So i sat down and waited. This guy stood up, went inside the counter, and then went out, after he got out, the lady at the counter called me (I'm assuming this guy talled to her) that I have to come back another day because the person I'm supposed to have an appointment with called off. For some reason this guy can't help
