The drinks taste really good, but the main issue is the wait time. Today I had to wait 40 minutes for my drinks while other orders that had just been placed in-store were being completed before mine. They finished one drink after about 25 minutes, but the second one was left unfinished because they didn't have the tea base ready yet, so I had to wait and watch the whole process. When they finally had the tea base ready, my drink still wasn't being made right away. However, I could tell it wasn't because the employees didn't want to make it — they are genuinely overwhelmed. There were only two workers handling the drinks and taking care of everything else. They clearly need more staff, especially in the afternoons. If I had to wait this long again for just two drinks, I honestly wouldn't come back, even though the drinks are good. Please consider improving the process and, most importantly, don't overwork the employees because of understaffing.

This afternoon, I had made an online order around 1 PM and I put in the pick up time at 5 PM. At 3:40 PM I received a text message stating my order was ready for pick up so I called and spoke to a girl I told her that I had put in 5 PM for pick up and she said she sent that message on accident and that they'll have my order fresh and ready at 5 PM. When I came to pick up my order and walked back into my car and then tried the pop corn chicken, it tasted as if they have been sitting outside for an hour or 2 hours. It didn't taste like they were fresh like the girl had told me. I've had popcorn chicken from this location many times before and this time did not taste good. Not even okay. I was quite disappointed. I went home and had to put those stale popcorn chicken into our mini oven.

Chicken too big and some part are uncooked through, I hope they can improve the size of their ChChicken. The actual popcorn chicken sizes not fatty, full of meat chicken.

The drink we ordered was actually a Buy One, Get One promo. So imagine our shock when they came our order and we were given 6 drinks for 3 people. It would've been nice if there was any indication of the promo on the kiosk order menu or when the worker told us that it'll take 10 more minutes for our order that it would be 6 drinks total. The only sign we saw the promo was on the kiosk screen when it's idle. Oh well, the drink Mango Coconut Twilight was heavenly but heavy. The first drink was just right, so it was hard to resist drinking the second drink 😅
