I bought a bedroom set and it was very poor quality. I also bought a dresser, but it wasn't the one I ordered. When I went back, they treated me very badly and were very rude. They refused to exchange the furniture, even though there's no sign saying "final sale" or "no exchanges or returns." These people keep changing locations because of all the problems they have with customers. Be careful with this furniture store because they scam people and refuse to resolve the issues. The manager and employees are very arrogant with customers; they're very friendly when it comes to making a sale, but they refuse to help when problems arise, treat you very badly, and offer no solution. Be careful with people like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE STORE. It's better to buy your furniture from Amazon, IKEA, or any other furniture store that treats its customers well, doesn't scam them, and has a return policy.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a dresser this week, but unfortunately, it does not fit in my daughter’s room. According to the return policy, returns and exchanges are allowed, so I requested to exchange the dresser for a smaller item. However, I have been given inconsistent information and have not received any assistance with my request. Additionally, I found the quality of the furniture to be below my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this store. Additionally, I have made previous purchases from this store, including a bed that arrived with scratches. Despite the damage, the store was unwilling to issue a refund. This has been a recurring issue with their customer service.

ALL WAS WELL UNTIL I PAID. 1.The mattress did not fit the bed frame. (All furniture was purchased at store, BRAND NEW. I have the receipt. With a promise of a 2 year warranty. 2. Bed was delivered with a different frame, not the one that was seen at store. The bed frame was cheap with no secure structure and it broke within few months of use. See picture. The black tiny poles on the carpet were “support legs.” From the pic you see the bars just fell off. Not sure if they were not attached/assembled to frame appropriately. **THIS SHOP MOVED LOCATIONS** When I finally found them, I called and the man asked me to email the issue, which I did. When I received no call or email back for months, I went to store. I was told I could pay $85 for an evaluation. When I questioned if that was part of the warranty, I was told I would not be helped without a receipt. He lied my email was never received and said him and his wife? cannot help anymore. I asked for a manager, they said “We don’t have one. You can call whomever you want here, no manager here. No information to give you.” So, I dug through storage and found the receipt, called today and was told sorry, we cannot help you. Very untrust

Excellent prices, great quality furniture! I've purchased both our couch sectional and a nice Fulton bench for our kitchen. We are very pleased with our purchases, it's been 4 yrs. They also provide prompt easy delivery which makes purchasing big items smooth and effortless.

I had excellent experience shopping at this store (even when it's located at Tully/Monterey). From the moment I walked in, the sale men/lady were welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. The new store looks stylish & clean. The furniture got from economy to high end style. Delivery was smooth & on time. I could find all furniture for my small town house in here. Since I'm as returning customer, they even give me free lamp & a rug. Highly recommend this store to everyone.
