Very convenient post office to apply for a passport. Came on a Saturday by appointment but they also take walk-in's. They have fast service and the lady that helped us was very polite. The place is very clean and if you need a picture, they can take it there. I would recommend. Lots of parking.

Pretty sure this facility took my package from the vendor and the kept it. It was give to them on 2/9/26 and has been in pre-transit since then. Guess someone wanted the earrings I got my mom for her birthday. I'll be making a report with the BBB.

I ordered some clothes for my birthday but my package has been stuck at this location since November 13, 2025. That’s over 2 MONTHS. Absolutely unbelievable. No one answers the phone there either, Google Maps says it’s temporarily closed for some reason. I just want to know if my package is even there or if someone stole it.

Let me start by saying I was nervous at first because I heard this location takes forever and they give you a hard time . Well they were 10000% wrong the moment my partner and I walked in for our passport appointment we were greeted by The wonderful Alicia Adkins such a sweet soul loved her personality and how helpful she was I messed up on one of the forms for my application she kindly gave me a new one and helped me fix my errors . She made sure we didn’t feel rushed told us a little about herself which was super sweet. Alicia thank you so so much for helping us with our passport experience we greatly appreciate it ! We will definitely be recommending friends and family also the window clerk I honestly don’t remember her name she was wearing a tree headband for Christmas super super sweet person also her customer service was amazing! Loved this location Wish you all a merry Christmas & happy new year ! Nadia & Jose

I am a contractor. My appointment was at 5:30 a.m., and I arrived very early at 2:30 a.m. Finally, around 7:00 a.m., they finished loading me, but on the BOL they wrote that the delay was my fault as the driver, when clearly today I arrived much earlier than usual. I tried to ask for help, but the ladies at door 161 were extremely rude. I didn’t argue or anything; I just wanted to ask what I could do, and they told me to leave immediately. I stayed calm, kept a smile, and just said “wow” because of the way they spoke to me. Later, another lady came over trying to help me, but those two insisted and told her to tell me to leave. Fortunately, I was able to go to dock 15, where a young man helped me and fixed my problem. I honestly don’t understand how people with such poor manners are working here. Since they work for the government, it seems like they don’t care about anything.
