For public services in California, confirm which office handles your matter and what to bring before you travel. Places of worship welcome visitors outside service times. Stations, ports and airports post schedules on site and online, and it is wise to allow extra time during holidays and severe weather.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 9:30 amโ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (213) 739-8833. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is usps.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating stands at 2.5 out of 5 from 59 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The staff are very nice to me and theyโre always helpful

As many have pointed out, this is not an official USPS office. Only one or sometimes two staff members work here, and they are always unfriendly, perhaps because they are annoyed by the heavy workload. I actually heard them complaining about a request I made, loud enough for me to hear, but I was so dumbfounded that I just pretended not to hear. The store is messy and disorganized, yet most of the customers are Korean seniors who are not fluent in English. If it weren't for the distance, I really wouldn't want to use this place either. *Service 2/5 *Friendliness 1/5 *Service Speed โโ3/5 *Store Atmosphere 1/5

I was surprised to learn that this was NOT an official USPS store. The sign is very misleading. This location doesnโt accept credit cards; zelle QR code and cash only is very questionable practice. Razor blades stuck to usps tape was very shocking. I have dealt with many other shipping retailers and the service here was not existent and very rude. Overall experience was poor so I would not recommend this location. Even though this is located in Korea town, I am korean descent , I got a racist vibe when people who were not Korean or not speak Korean language came to the location.

I have never lost a certified mail in my life until I mailed from this location. USPS says it was scanned but never got mail. This office is not organized.

If you have a scan code that says "No Printing Necessary for your returns", Dont go here or bring $2 cash. They will charge you for the printing because they "don't have the system to process the scan code". lol and they wont let you use your card under $10 so you will need cash.
