We have used this vet for over ten years, very compassionate understanding staff. They have their own parking, but a little challenging with t. Renovations, there in the neighborhood.Don't let that keep you from going.They are very accommodating, and they also have care credit.Which is a plus.

I was previously a client at Uptown with my kitty who passed away a couple of years ago. After recently adopting a couple of new floofs, I initially went elsewhere and unfortunately ran into difficult front office staff and unclear communication. Needless to say, I made my way back to Uptown, and the difference has been night and day. As stressful as vet visits can be for our four-legged friends, Uptown has always provided a consistently positive experience for me. I’m glad to be back.

I want to thank Dr. Woods and the entire team at Uptown. My dog Yeyo had complications after being neutered, and it was a nightmare. He was waking me up multiple times a night with nonstop bowel issues. After trying several things that should have worked, nothing did. Dr. Woods was able to resolve the issue immediately. Yeyo is now back to his normal self, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for everything you do.

The staff here are just amazing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them, their passion, and care. We’ve got a tricky dog, and they care for him with such love. He got surgery recently and the staff went above and beyond to make him and us comfortable. I’ve been tearing up this week thinking about their compassion. We’ve seen multiple vets here, even including traveling staff or fill-in staff. Every single one has been incredible. It’s obvious they care deeply about who they hire. We currently have Dr. Woods who is thorough, knowledgeable, fun, and kind. We feel so lucky to have this staff on our dogs’ team!

What a great vet! After being charged high rates for standard care it was time for a change. It was a pleasant experience from the call with Zee setting the last minute appointment, to our tech Hunter and lastly seeing Dr.Jurak. We were treated like we mattered, everything was explained well, tons of knowledge within that building and most importantly my dog might not have ptsd from the vet anymore. I would recommend Dr. Jurak and her team to anyone with an animal that is need of a veterinarian.
