Terrible feedback for resolving problems. Following questions to proper alternatives is often vague and not particularly discernable. Video work is quite naive & trite. Overall, not able to recommendf.

Course is easy online. The chat online help is awful. Vee as her name was online had horrible customer service. Rude ! Unnecessary! For that reason I would not recommend. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I took the exam online and the cost was $13.45, after finishing the exam they billed me $25.40. which included $5.00 plus for email certificate and another $6.00 plus for mail copy of certificate. This is a total rip-off from customers and false information given on the website. I called and asked about the charges and the lady was rude and hang up phone in the middle of our conversation, also did not fix the charges.

I took the mature driver improvement course in order to get a discount on my insurance. I had taken the same course from this vendor in the past, and I noticed a drastic decline in quality. The content is boring and repetitive. The videos are poor and show the same repetitive images, often unrelated to the content. Moreover, the website clearly states that the hard copy course completion certificate is sent out first class USPS the following day (unless that falls on a Saturday/Sunday and or USPS Holiday), however mine wasn't mailed out until 7 days later.

I wish all schools were like this one. I don't know if they tested me based on my driving experience or if they treated everyone the same way, but I appreciated that everything was explained clearly. I was able to review and expand my knowledge and learn some new information, even though I've been driving for a while. I also appreciate that they were able to send me my certificate right away via email and I trust that they will also send a copy to the court. The price and service are excellent. I will definitely recommend it.
