Very friendly staff, we had fun. Nice to be in an old school cinema. I saw T2, and it was house full. Brought back memories, my favorite movie of all time. Pros Mostly movie enthusiasts are watching so no disturbance + claps, cheers, & laughs at every interesting part of the movie. Nostalgic old movie going experience. Cons Parking. Had to park across the street in Vons parking lot. Day time show, light hits inside theater when someone decides to go out of the theater. (This could count as old school nostalgic theater vibe)

I have been coming here for the past few years, and I didn't have a chance to visit it before its renovation. Right off the bat, I must give kudos to the theater's employees. Every time I've visited, they've treated customers with warmth and gratitude--especially considering I'm someone who usually asks for my ticket to be printed, which I know adds extra hassle. Yet, they're always accommodating. Personally, I've decided that if a movie isn't shown in IMAX but is presented in 35mm or 70mm here, it's absolutely worth my drive from Santa Clarita to here. I especially enjoy sitting in rows three to five for the best viewing experience. They also got a great, powerful sound system. I need to mention how clean this theatre is every time I visited here too, especially the bathroom. I totally love how they maintain and take care of this gem. thank you from every ounce of my soul. Also I love it when they play massive classics (like Heat, T2, Bruc Lee movies, etc) at midnights on Fri and Sat. Just be careful with the parking if you're visiting during the day, read the signs, because like me you could get an expensive ticket. Big plus for visitors is that you may run into a celebrity

This was our first ever visit to QT’s Vista Theater as our family braved the rain to attend an 8pm show of β€œNo Other Choice”, a Korean drama/comedy/thriller. WOW! We were positively blown away by everything about this theater! First off, the ticket and snack bar prices are more than reasonable. Nothing like the overinflated prices at AMC, Edwards, Regal and so on… Vista Theater (VT) was completely renovated and a row of seats were removed on every other row to allow for more leg room and for patrons to exit their seats to use the restroom or purchase more food or beverages at the snack bar without ruining the experience for those seated next to you. The snack bar sold alcohol, RC Cola, candy favorites and β€˜healthy’ candies, REAL buttered popcorn, coffee, etc. The ambiance of the entire theater was nostalgic, well kept, roomy, and had a vibe which is missing in many movie theaters today. They only show movies shot in 35mm or 70mm film, no digital shot movies. They show a short cartoon before the movie just like they did in the old days!!! No more than 3 trailer previews are shown, and a theater staff member comes out prior to the cartoon & previews and summarized the movie about to

Where do I begin at how awesome this theater is? Myself and a friend drove over from Phoenix to see "Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair" here as no one in our local had it on film, and this place did not disappoint! It was absolutely worth it to do an overnight trip to go here! The theater itself is seriously vintage Egyptian themed, but so well kept up and restored. The exterior has one amazing neon sign with full working scrolling lights. The inside theater seats are circa the earlier 2000's and they've spaced the rows such that there is tons of leg room so there is never any issue of someone waking by. They are a little bit narrow for fat guys though. It's also the old non-stadium seating, but even so with the row spacing you'd have to have a seriously tall person in front of you to have any issue seeing the screen. It's general admission, so get there early to get a seat if you're worried about it. The concession stand serves RC Cola and popcorn with real clarified butter as a topping. The prices weren't unreasonable either, I paid $22 for a large popcorn, soda and box of Red Vines. Did I mention that they played the movie on 70mm change over film protectors? The sound syst

Incredible experience seeing OBAA here. Vistavision truly is worth the hype. Beautiful picture, beautiful theater and lovely people working. You can tell that everyone working here actually wants to be there. The passion for film as an art is evident.
