Delan gave us a very thorough and informative tour. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. We were favorably impressed with the community. The patio homes are very well designed.

Wesley Palms is more wonderful than I and my partner ever expected it to be! Besides the gorgeous garden environment, the architecturally stunning patio homes and the delightful, caring and interesting residents, it is peaceful and rich in cultural, sport and entertaining programs. The staff is caring, responsive and welcoming. We are so very happy to call Wesley Palms home.

Delon Sofi Haji is knowledgeable, cordial, intelligent, and caring. Our tour could not possibly have been better. All of our questions were answered and she was quick to make helpful suggestions. She is a good listener. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. It was a pleasure to experience the dining room and listen to the vital sounds of people enjoying each other‘s company.

Muhannad helped plan the meal for my Dad’s 90th birthday party which we held at Westley Palms, and the food and the service were great. Muhannad was very good about asking if there was anything more that he could do. Menu was wonderful and Muhannad was very happy to work with us on the menu. Also thanks to Jale and Alejandro who helped reserve the space and get the AV in order. Overall, it was a great event.

My wife and I have lived at Wesley Palms for a little over two years now and we are quite happy in our new home. We were familiar with Wesley Palms because my wife’s parents lived here for many years. That is not uncommon here, with many current residents having become familiar with Wesley Palms through family members who have lived here. We are fortunate to live in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath “Patio Home” with a lovely view of Mission Bay and the Pacific from our living room, bedrooms, and both back patios. We chose Wesley Palms for a number of reasons. First of all, it does not require a buy-in and it is not a high-rise. The grounds are park-like, with open space and established trees and plants. The Patio Homes construction is just a few years old, and the units are contemporary, comfortable and well-designed with a good amount of storage space (ours has two walk-in closets). We have been pleasantly surprised by how friendly people are here, both residents and staff alike, and it has been very easy to make friends.
