The parking lot just got bought out by Metropolis parking. It is now operated by them. metropolis is a GARBAGE company that scams people and REFUSES to give refunds. I have been incorrectly charged multiple times and they refuse to give me back my money, even though I had fully validated parking. I've seen kindergarteners better organized than this company.

The instructions when you park are to add your details and then just drive out when you are done. Do not do that unless you like talking to customer service and waiting 10 days for a refund. I was there for less than 15 minutes. I followed all of the rules. I just had something quick to pick up. Got back to my car drove out as instructed and when I got home after a little bit, I realized I still had the app open, so I went and I checked the app and it was still counting time for me being parked, even though it states that it closes it automatically. I looked at the information online and it said when that happens just manually close it and then they will manually review. So I manually closed my parking and it said they would manually review it. However, the next day I was charged 2.99 which is what you get charged for two hours of parking spoke with customer service and was told that I was charged the minimum amount that they could charge because I manually closed my parking. That’s contrary to what they told me. And that I would have to wait 10 business days for my refund to be sent to my account. The ‘refurbishment’ that is taking place is not fun and it is dangerous to navigate as a customer…the workmen are wearing hard hats as they drill, saw and drop things and they do not bother to stop when hard hatless customers walk by. Everything is boarded up and business is down…like waaaay down…I spoke to the employees in a couple of stores and restaurants and they are all very very worried. BevMo has the added problem of another football field sized store of alcohol on the other corner of the intersection with much easier to navigate, safer and free parking…the restaurants have all lost their outdoor patios and to add insult to injury a new parking company has taken over the underground parking lot and they seem to be incapable of charging the correct amount on your charge card…the original pay at the machine was always accurate…this new company is nowhere near accurate. The homeless are still hanging around the entire complex and there is zero security…don’t try to tell me those teenage looking mall cops are security because they aren’t…their eyes are glued to their cellphones and their pants slip down when they shuffle off on their breaks. The West Hollywood Gateway has one of the 5 Targets in the 5 mile radius, the West Hollywood Best Buy and a BevMo but wait there’s more! They have the best cookies on the block! Crumbl. They have have 2 Starbucks, Alta, Formosa Cafe, Crazy Rock’n Sushi, Jersey Mikes, GNC, Lan Noodles, Mendocino Farms, Pisces Poke & Ramen, Robby Restaurant Supercuts and Verizon. I love the cookies at Crumbl. They are a bit pricey but when you feel like splurging on a treat they hit the spot. Target is an experience but I don’t go there very often because honestly I can find most of what they sell on Amazon cheaper. I do like the Good & Gather Grilled Fajita Chicken Breast Strips they sell, it’s the in the refrigerated section, or I will price check household needs there from time to time but for the most part I’m not into Target. So why go to The West Hollywood Gateway if you’re not shopping? Because it’s in the neighborhood and great for sitting in the middle of the mall having a cup of coffee, tea, matcha, cookie or sandwich and people watching.

We came here for Saved by the Max & man did we have a blast!! This popup is amazing. My family & I wish they would turn this into a permanent fixture chain restaurant. We all dressed up & enjoyed the food & all around nostalgia & feel of it. Totally worth the cost, wait & everything else.
