I am so pleased. So happy. The staff is absolutely amazing. So professional so sweet. I am amazed how wonderful the staff, my doctor was so so professional. So sweet. And funny. My medical procedure was easy. They explained everything. So professionally. They were ready for me. On time. Explained everything. So kind and sweet. I felt so comfortable. So informed. They answered every question. I never had pain. I had alot of swelling and pain from lymphoma in my left leg and swelling. I am so excited to see the results. I felt so great actually exceptional when I left. I was told to walk a bit up to Starbucks. I have not experienced any pain all day. I am so pleased and happy that I did this. I had my left leg done. Next my right leg. I am so thankful for doing this procedure. And meeting such a wonderful team.

I had a fantastic experience at West Medical thanks to Sam at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Sam greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions with patience and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. It’s clear she genuinely cares about patients and their experience. Highly recommend visiting West Medical, especially if you get to interact with Sam!

We came in and they helped us right away. They were very nice. Sam is great at the front desk and was very patient with our questions and inquiries. I would come back here and recommend it. Parking is easy too

This review is to compliment Dr. Sarabi and the exceptional staff at West Medical in Long Beach. I have been receiving treatments for my varicose veins for over 6 months now at the West Medical Clinic in Long Beach. And the superb diagnosis and treatment from Dr. Sarabi and his exceptional staff has not wavered or diminished during the past 6 months. I feel like I am getting the best treatment and care available anywhere. And in particular I want to praise Dr. Sarabi, not only for his unparalleled knowledge and expertise within his chosen field, but also for his amazing bedside manner the he affords to all of his patients. And also I want to compliment the highly competent, well trained ultrasound technicians Julie, Judy, and Yana, who are all indispensable in the successful treatment I am receiving. And also of great importance to me, I want to compliment and recognize the Medical Assistant Damaris for her outstanding participation in assisting Dr. Sarabi during the procedures I have received, and especially for her kind, caring, and professional aftercare treatment of my leg after each procedure is completed. I had a great experience at West Medical. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Janette, the manager, was especially kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visit for varicose veins. The office was clean, organized, and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for treatment.

Dr. Sarabi and his staff are wonderful. Sam, Yareli, and Demarus are nothing short of incredible and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They treated my varicose veins and I highly recommend them!

Great experience, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. Jannette did a great job communicating with my insurance and scheduling my procedures. The ultrasound techs are very knowledgeable, Jana answer all my questions and went above and beyond. The Doctors are amazing!! I would highly recommend West Med.

I went to West Long Beach for help with my varicose veins. I’ve been dealing with varicose veins since after my first pregnancy, each pregnancy it got worse. Since having my last baby I’ve suffered from a lot of fatigue and heaviness. The staff and doctor are great! Janette, who helped me arrange my treatment, was helpful and helped me with financing my vein treatment. I’m half way through my treatment and already feel the difference. My legs will be ready for summer and I cannot wait!
