They absolutely suck!!!!!!!! I called to schedule a Saturday appointment and was given a time slot of 10:30–11:30 AM. No one showed up. No one called. I wasted my entire morning and even rearranged my schedule to accommodate them. When I called back, they told me they couldn’t find my appointment but said they could call the technician for an estimated arrival time. I declined because I had already left. We rescheduled for Monday. The representative specifically told me I could choose between 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00–5:00 PM. I chose the morning. Monday comes, and I had a bad feeling, so I called for an ETA. At first they couldn’t find my appointment. Then suddenly, “Oh, here it is… you’re scheduled for 1:30 PM.” Excuse me? When were you planning on telling me my appointment had been changed? No phone call. No text. No email. I am completely done with this incompetent company. Their scheduling system is a disaster, and their communication is nonexistent. Invest in a better scheduling system and start respecting your customers’ time. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague.

so anyway my dogs were going crazy at night scratching and i tried everything before calling. ive been coming here for years honestly, they always show up when they say and that alone is rare these days. had an issue this time with follow up but they came back out no charge no fuss and got it sorted right away so no complaints. teh owner even remembered my dogs names from last year which is pretty nice considering how many customers they must have. theyre pretty much the only ones i trust for this sort of thing around here.

Daniel has gone above and beyond during his visits. He’s attentive, courteous, very professional, and respectful. Can’t go wrong with his personality and attitude. Beyond that, him and his team has help tremendously in our pest control and management. Bravo Zulu

Michael Duke has serviced my home for gopher issues for years. He is the reason why I used Western Exterminators. He is efficient and does an excellent job. Moreover he is honest, extremely knowledgeable and has the customer’s best interest in mind. I highly recommend him!

Lamar is our main service rep and he has been stellar for years. Recently we had a critter situation that dumbfounded us on how it was getting under the house. It was destroying newly installed duct work and insulation was blowing out our vents. Lamar tried a few things to help figure out where they were getting in, he set some traps but this critter was avoiding it all. We had to escalate to Peter who handles the more involved situations and he and Sean covered every inch of our raised foundation etc. re fitting panels, sealing up any tiny openings and cutting better mesh barricades to replace what we had. Our crawl space is not pleasant and it’s soooo tight. Sean was under there for a long time checking everything out. We caught what feel is the culprit and now with everything sealed up we haven’t heard or caught anything else. No more insulation blowing out and now we can bring in the AC and heat folks to fix the damage caused by the critter. Not a fun thing to deal with and I am very thankful that they were able to get it under control. I know it was a more expensive route to have to escalate to the next level but honestly it had to be done to stop the destruction of a
