My car stalled on me mid-drive (lucky to be alive) and I found this shop on google and initially chose them cause they were close by, had availability and had good ratings and i generally trust small businesses more than big names. They exceeded my already high expectations, were efficient, extremely reasonably priced & the woman I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful and even recommended an affordable towing service. I’m still a bit new to the area and was in need of a reliable mechanic, so I’m happy to have finally found one.

Had a great experience here! I brought my car in because the AC wasn’t working and the check engine light was on. They fixed everything perfectly and my car is running great now. The whole process was very easy and stress-free. I just dropped off my keys and felt comfortable leaving my car with them. The staff were super friendly, professional, and honest. They even washed my car for free before I picked it up. Really appreciate their amazing service. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate this repair shop and am glad I found them. When my engine was misfiring I did some research for a dependable repair shop near me with good reviews and came across Witmer. They did a great job fixing the issue as well as doing a full engine tune up, which I requested. I like to stay on top of preventative maintenance. The owners are nice and remind me of people I would hang out with as friends. They also like cats and the Dodgers. Then, my battery died a couple days ago. I knew it was on its way out, so not a suprise. They sent someone to come jump me and I couldn't believe how quick they arrived. The battery replacement was fast and easy. They offered me a free car wash too. It was nice to see them again. I also love being greeted by the shop cats!

A neighbor informed me that my tire was completely flat like a pancake (had no idea) so I decided to give this shop a chance since it was so close-by. They are always extremely busy and not only was the owner able to get me in and out the door on a holiday, but also informed me that the team salvaged my same tire. They patched it up like new and I was able to pay WAY less when I was coming in already mentally prepared to pay for a brand new tire—that was the best surprise. She let me know of other services they provide and I will for sure be a repeat customer in the future.

This repair shop is extremely skilled, and the owner has a great attitude (I unfortunately forgot to ask her name!). She’s very honest and straightforward, and her quote was the most competitive I received. She gave me a clear timeline and finished the job exactly when she said she would. Very punctual and reliable! When I brought my car in, the left door was badly scratched and visibly dented. I honestly didn’t have high expectations at first. The results were amazing. I’m genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised! I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to my friends☺️
