Agree on the service and price before you start, ask which products are used, and check hygiene on arrival. A tip of 15-20% is customary for salon and spa services. Reviews that describe a specific treatment are the most reliable guide. Gyms typically offer a free trial or day pass before you sign a membership, so ask about the contract term, annual fees and cancellation rules.

Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’m so upset!!! I’m on vacation overseas and I got my nails done on Friday, the day before I flew out, only four days ago and already a few of my nails have broken and these are gel X nails. They were a brand new set. I just wanted to get the bottom filled and the gel color changed Sydney did my nails and that woman filed my nails so damn thin I asked her to do another coat of the hard gel over it and she acted like no it’s OK once I put the polish on it will get strong stronger well guess what her little technique didn’t work. You get what you pay for. She doesn’t know how to build the Apex to make your nails stronger so that they don’t break. Avoid at all costs I will never return. I can’t even find anyone who does gel X out here so I have to pay out-of-pocket to get all of these nails removed and have a new set put because they’re all flimsy and bending cracking on the sides. I’m beyond livid. Flower, would do my pedicure but the quality of work is always inconsistent. When she’s in the mood, she cleans well when she’s not in the mood there are tons of cuticles left over and dead skin everywhere. I’m not returning. I’m going back to my old salon.

I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. • First off, the guy who wasn’t even working on me was rude from the start. He also walked up to me way too close in a disrespectful way until I gave him a look to back off. • I originally wanted Hello Kitty nails, and when I showed the design, the nail tech just said he “didn’t have time” to do it. • They told me they didn’t have gel (which makes no sense at a nail salon), but then I literally saw them using gel on another walk-in client right after. • The treatment between me and the other client was noticeably different—way less friendly toward me. On top of that: • I paid $70 for short French tip square nails. The nails themselves aren’t bad, the design looks okay, but not what I wanted. • Another guy picked a color for me that I didn’t like. When I said no, he pressed me about “why” instead of just letting me choose. He even said there were no other options—until the actual nail tech showed me a different base color. Overall: nails came out fine, but the service was rude, dismissive, and honestly not worth the price. I’d skip this place.

Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly! 10/16/2023: Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to

This became my goto place for gel manicure (since that’s the only service I need). I had Kim to do my nails and she just did a PERFECT job! To me it’s very important that the nail technician will tale their time and effort to work on my nails. The pictures speak by themselves. Definitely recommend.
