⛔️⛔️This place is a complete SCAM!!⛔️⛔️ Do not come here under any circumstances. If you have any kind of issue with an LAX rental car company, they will most likely send you here. They quote you one price over the phone, but when you actually arrive, the price is completely different. They also treat everyone as if they are tourists visiting the United States for the first time. Almost every explanation starts with, “In the U.S...” I have lived in the United States for a long time, and I know that it is possible to drive without using toll roads. However, they still pressure you into purchasing their toll-processing service. I guess they thought we had just arrived in the U.S. and knew absolutely nothing. On top of that, they add all kinds of ridiculous fees to the final price. +) The condition of their vehicles was also poor, and the cars were old. They make customers bring all of their luggage over from LAX, knowing that once people have loaded everything into the car, they will not want to unload it all again and search for another rental company. They take advantage of that inconvenience and pressure customers into accepting the rental anyway.

I highly recommend 21Car Rental. Other car rental companies wouldn’t approve me, but Amir and Michael went above and beyond to help me and my family get a car when we really needed it. They were kind, patient, and truly made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. The vehicle was very clean, reliable, and great on gas, which made our trip even more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in their service and genuinely care about their customers. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out, and it meant so much to us. I had such a great experience renting a car as an underage driver! I was honestly nervous about the process since I’m under 25, but everything was smooth and straightforward. The staff was professional, extremely welcoming, and very clear about the requirements and fees upfront, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready right on time. It made my trip so much easier and stress-free. I’m really grateful that they offer options for younger drivers, it makes a HUGE difference. Overall, I felt respected, taken care of, and confident throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others. had the pleasure of renting from 21 Car Rental in Los Angeles twice now—once in July 2024 and again in February 2026—and both experiences were genuinely impressive. It’s not often that you return to a rental company and find that the service is just as good, if not better, the second time around. From the moment I booked, everything felt simple and accessible. Their team was responsive, professional, and kind, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, the car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. You can tell they take pride in the vehicles they offer and the experience they provide. One of the things I appreciate most is their location. They’re close enough to LAX that it’s just a short, inexpensive Uber ride away, which makes traveling in and out of the airport really convenient without the chaos of the big rental counters inside the terminal. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service. Both times, I felt taken care of, respected, and valued as a customer. I do not recommend this place. We originally had a renter car reservation at SIXT car rentals but when we got there we were told they don’t have any car left and they called 21 Car Rental’s to pick us up and find a car for us. We were charged extra for unnecessary items. The car we picked has stains and smelled very bad and it was dirty, when thought they told us it was washed and cleaned throughly. There were stains on the inside rooftop and next to visor mirror. Most rental car’s should have always clean cars for their customers, but this place is the most opposite, they did not tell us the card has stains on the rooftop and near the visor mirror. We came a few hours earlier before the scheduled drop off time. We told them we should Get a partial refund since we brought it earlier, they said that’s not allowed and they can’t do that, they blame the customer’s. They add unnecessary rules and charges to the contract. When we came to return the car and told the about the stains and that it smelled bad and they did not tell us earlier, they blamed us saying we should’ve told them earlier, and I did tell the other worker about it and they just said sorry and sprayed car freshener.
