Literally smoothest car rental experience in LA! I’ve had other rental experiences across LA, most of which were frustrating to say the least (Avis), so I can easily say SIXT is on a whole other level. I wish I had discovered SIXT sooner!!! Zak is great, truly helpful, and attentive. He made our pick up experience super smooth and easy. From cost value and reservation system, to overall service… everything was above and beyond. Will definitely be relying on this office, and SIXT in general, for all rentals from now on! Thank you Zak :)

The pickup process was great, however once i dropped the car off the account hasn’t been closed and they are taking $500 per day out of my account!!!! Even though I’ve asked for my account to be closed they are still taking money. I’m on holidays and don’t need to be stressing about this. I will never hire from this company again, they are causing too much stress for my holiday. I’m not impressed at all

I originally booked a different car, but they gave me a few other options instead, and it actually worked out perfectly for the type of trip I was taking. Since I was driving through uphill roads, the car they provided ended up being a better fit. This was my first time renting a car, and the entire process including the return was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be booking with them again!

Very good service and our needs were taken very well care of. Thank you SIXT Los Angeles downtown Team. We rent two times car from this Team and both times everything went very well. Our needs were taken 100% care. Pick-up and return were smooth and quick. Especially the last return, although there were people on queue and some hassle.

Quick and fast service! Got an upgrade without asking for it. The rep was super nice. This BMW X7 drives itself! Seriously considering renting one just to drive around in!
