After an extremely long and stressful day, we found out our rental had accidentally been booked at the wrong location. We first went to the LAX location, but the real blessing was ending up at Midway Car Rental Hollywood. Davione Brooks went above and beyond to help us. We only had a $500 limit on our credit card and were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a vehicle. He took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do, worked with our situation, and even waived fees to help make everything affordable for my wife’s birthday trip. The customer service was outstanding, and he turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth and positive experience. We are so grateful for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. God is good! Thank you, Davione and Midway Car Rental Hollywood, for saving our trip. Highly recommend!

Midway provided the most personalized and efficient rental car experience I’ve ever had. They picked me up exactly on time, and the entire paperwork process took only a few minutes. Alan, the driver who picked me up, also brought my rental vehicle and took the time to walk me through the features of the Camry. Yoon had all of my documents prepared in advance, making the final paperwork quick and seamless. Within minutes, I was on the road. The return process was just as easy and efficient. I was truly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service of everyone at Midway. I highly recommend Midway and will gladly use them again in the future.

Midway Car Rental was great to deal with. Davione took care of the actual rental, Alan was in charge of the drop off and pick up and Diana helped me with taking care of the payment. Midway rental was recommended to me through a friend and he directed me to Davione Brooks. He was very friendly, informative, helpful, and professional especially considering the fact i waited the day before our trip to get the rental. He had me in and out within 15 minutes all questions answered. Will definitely be bringing my business back here.

Beautiful car. However that's not why it gets five stars - Damien made the experience easy pleasant and smooth. Anyone can have a nice car but this place gives a great experience. Damien really understood what I needed and went above and beyond to facilitate it. Another gentleman at the end should get kudos too but unfortunately I didn't get his name.
