Dear Zillow, back in November of 2024, my wife and I were looking to downsize. I began pursuing Zillow and found two condominiums with similar features. Both were in a highly desirable location of the Rancho San Diego area. I contacted the listing agent, Taylor Borden who quickly made arrangements to have us view both properties. Upon meeting Taylor, my wife and I felt very comfortable with her and began a great business relationship. We settled on the second property and then began the arduous process of having a home loan approved. While we all felt comfortable that I would secure the loan, there were some bumps on the road; at which, Taylor assisted in navigating real-estate challenges, lender’s document requirements, and escrow. She continually updated me on the loan process and guided me throw the maze of working with an escrow company. When I hit a wall in securing homeowners insurance, Taylor used her networking skills and found an insurance broker; where by, securing the homeowners insurance in a short time. Jill did a fantastic job representing my wife and I in purchasing our first home. We were totally new to the process so Jill and her husband Josh had to educate us along the way. They did a great job informing us and staying patient as we navigated an overwhelming process. Jill was super prompt in returning our calls/texts. Great at negotiating and positioning our bids, and meeting us anywhere in San Diego. We really appreciate all the Jill has done to help get us into our new home!

If you need a real estate agent, Donna Armosino from 24/7 realty is the best agent to work with! She really paid attention to what I was looking for when buying a house. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and she was there every step of the way!
