By far the best experience. My mom recently was seen and admitted for days and I couldn't be more thankful, from the ER staff, nurses, doctor's im beyond greatful, all were very helpful, very patient and beyond understanding, answering all our questions; concerns and feears every single doubt in our minds they answered with so much patience and making sure my mom was comfortable at all times. I thank every single staff member for having such a kind and caring heart and not making my mom feel as another patient or $ number like many other hospitals do. Thank you!!! Dr. Alderwish you are our angel sent from above, your knowledge, your understanding we are beyond greatful to you and your staff. Thank you Dr. Alderwish for giving us our mom back and allowing her a second chance to live? We will forever be grateful. I had my appointment rescheduled twice just to receive my results. Everything else was good. Front desk, nurse and Cardiologist were very nice and Friendly 😌

The doctor seems kind but the office staff situation is horrifically bad. We scheduled appts which They forgot about - twice! Dr Behdin said “It’s important not to delay hernia operations.” (Hospital promotional video) Whereas, due to office staff messing up appts and not returning voicemails, I have had to wait nearly a year for my procedure and have suffered physically as a result. “Do no harm,” is the medical credo. This place never got that message either.

I Like Dr R. He and the staff are awesome. Most recent visit was for 3:15, got to the exam room at 4:15, waited a bit, got an ekg, then got to see Dr. Just before 5:00, Many heart patients need more time with the doctor; I fully understand the delay and respect that those patients in need of more time can actually receive it, because Dr R provides. When I was given the all clear to make a next appointment and go, I stepped out of the office like 10 feet, realized I should ‘go’ before I go, turned back to use the restroom but the office was locked. Security wasn’t available downstairs, either, for restroom access/key. Minor inconvenience that we are all glad was not major!

1-16-26 update My mom's previous Doctor is no longer there, but we are grateful that she was transfered to Dr. Yau, who is an equally great listener and Doctor. FYI, Dr. Yau also alternates from morning or afternoon appointment days which is very helpful too. They no longer validate, but you can try the lot across for more spaces than the one in the hospital side. *previous review My mom always has a good experience at this office with her Doctor and staff and they validate too. The lovely office and restroom are always clean.
