Absolutely amazing car rental company! I’ve booked with them several times and the team is extremely accommodating, goes above and beyond to satisfy their costumers. I am international traveler from Germany and would never book with another car rental agency. Their cars are top of the line and the station manager, desk staff and entire team are very nice, helpful and costumer-oriented.

Excellent rental experience from start to finish. The process was quick and efficient, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and everything was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience hassle-free. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive and offered great value compared to other rental companies.

Editing ratings based on latest updates- After nearly a month , I was provided refund of unauthorized charges. I can give Alamo another try next time I would rent , hoping that I will not experience this again and alamo would take care of customer requests in timely manner. Thank you. Do not trust this company with your credit card. My experience with Alamo has been an absolute nightmare regarding unauthorized charges and nonexistent customer service. ​I rented a vehicle from them, and everything went smoothly during the return. The staff confirmed everything was perfect, and I walked away with my official rental agreement and a final invoice showing a $0.00 balance due. I thought that was the end of it. ​However, a couple of weeks later, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Alamo on my credit card statement. There was absolutely no explanation, no email, and no breakdown provided for why this money was taken. ​I have reached out to their billing and customer service departments three separate times to get this sorted. Every single time, the representative tells me the exact same script: "We have escalated this issue, and a manager will reach out to you shortly." Guess what? No

I've always had a great experience with renting mid size cars from Alamo. My last last rental at $468.00 for 5 days. I was a tad(+ - a gallon) short of fuel, the service guy did a complete check of the vehicle( yes they check for the exact fuel level) he let me know I was short on the fill up that he would have to charge me but he said that he would not, I love great customer service and appreciate that young mans kind valued customer service. A+ for him.

Excellent experience. On staff personnel were friendly, helpful, personable and empowered to make decisions on the spot in a helpful manner. No pressure sales. I will recommend Alamo to my friends and relatives. Alamo was noticably good. I mentioned to my wife that the positive experience felt like it came from the top and flowed all the way to us. Thank you so much! An unexpected pleasure to do business with.
