had an excellent experience renting from the Avis San Jose Airport location, thanks to Jayden. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made check-in quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Jayden’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this Avis location, and if you have the chance, ask for Jayden—you’ll be in great hands!

Resently I dropped off my rental but forgot that I had left two very important car related items in the rear seat. I only realized the loss the next day. After many fruitless phone calls to Avis, I was able to speak with Carrilene Benitez. Carrilene was nothing short of excellent. She was empathetic towards my loss and concern and took ownership to track down my missing items. This was no easy feat as the car had been removed from service to undergo a brake job. Carrilene tracked down the car, retrieved my parts and called me with the good news. I had honestly written off the parts because several days passed before she found them. Carrilene exemplifies the type of conscientious employee who really cares and does what it takes to help resolve customer's issues. Elijah and Carolina at SJC were quick and professional in solving my need. They helped me save so much time in getting the car suited to pick up my big family from the airport and the long road trip ahead. Our experience was amazing with the brand new Chevy Suburban and the equipped Fastrack was so convenient and saved us so much more time for the Bay area traffic. Greatly appreciated!

Victor Nava made the rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free with his fabulous customer service skills, professionalism, and friendly attitude. When returning the vehicle, I also had a wonderful interaction with Rudy, who was equally kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s rare to receive such outstanding service both at pickup and return, and these two employees truly made my experience exceptional.
