Sarah has helped me tremendously with my menopausal symptoms. She treated my hot flashes and night sweats individually with herbs and acupuncture. I’m sleeping better and my symptoms have drastically reduced. We are now working on some shoulder pain. She is so knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful.

I had chronic headaches and neck/back pain for years. I did massages and physical therapy, but was still having weekly headaches.The pain would be so bad I often considered going to the hospital. As a last ditch effort I figured why not try acupuncture? After 4 weeks I have not had 1 headache and I wake up rested every day! Dr. Maiden is great and I am so happy to have found Alchemy!

Sarah is an incredible practitioner, she is deeply intuitive, extremely experienced, and really listens. She’s able to tune in into very subtle aspects of the ailments presented, and address them with acupuncture needling and herbal supplementation. I highly recommend Sarah! I’ve sent several friends to her.

I had my first acupuncture experience here when I had an acute lower back spasm and could barely walk! After two sessions with Sarah Maiden, my pain went down significantly, and after 3 I am ready to exercise again with minimal pain to the area. We have begun working on other areas and I’ve learned about several applications of acupuncture I never knew about, including anxiety and TMJ. Sarah takes a scientific approach and listens attentively to concerns. I am an official acupuncture convert and enthusiastically recommend Sarah!! Plus, the office is in a gorgeous building that promotes healing upon walking into the courtyard.

I’ve been seeing Sarah for over a year or so. She is attentive to my needs and tailors the experience to them. Whether it is helping reduce tension to assist with my migraines or targeting specific areas related to my workout routine, Sarah does a fantastic job of providing relief. I was somewhat nervous about acupuncture when I first saw her, but she lead me through it easily. The cupping and stimulation on the needles do wonders for my muscle tension. I highly recommend her!
