The doctor here lied to me to my face and said my insurance doesn't cover physical therapy. I have Medi-Cal. Of course it covers physical therapy with a referral. I got in a car accident 2 weeks ago. All he did was touch my back with one finger up and down my spine and asked me if it hurts. I said yes. Then he said all I have is muscle soreness end over prescribed me 800 mg acetaminophen and some ointment and said I'll be fine. Then he proceeded to type notes on his computer with one finger for the next 20 - 30 minutes while I sat wondering what was happening. Now I have to wait a month for an x-ray exam while I endure this back and neck injury with no physical therapy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Also the assistant nurse Latina lady in dark blue scrubs that makes the appointments for the next visit, it is very rude non welcoming and aggressive like she's stressing how about multitasking and helping people.

CSR Jose Was very rude and condescending to me because I could not provide a home address at the time totaly lost it because some how I was making his job hard and some how thought I was better than him so confused on what he was talking about the whole phone call was very unprofessional and furthermore uncomfortable Thank you CSR Alex but I don't feel safe coming into this facility. Change my PCP quickly!!!!!!!

I would not bring my dog here ! 672 S Carondelet LA 90057 The lack of professionalism is outstanding , No regard for patient confidentiality , talking on the phone while discussing medications with my grandma , she did not even put the phone on mute , she just put the receiver to the side. WOW ! They DO NOT treat your loved one with dignity or respect , the Medical Assistant was so rude and unprofessional , they had the AC on when I asked for a blanket to cover my 87 year old grandma because she was cold, the medical assistant replied " the temperature is fine!" while she was wearing a sweater inside the office - she was so rude and arrogant , they truly need, customer service skills and a refresher course on HIPPA * they don't deserve not even ONE star I visited this place on Sept 12 2025

I spent an hour waiting in the waiting room only for the female doctor to tell me a couple of words and give me medications that i have self given to myself! I spent more time with a nurse checking my blood pressure than the doctor actually asking my for symptoms or at least actually checking me out instead of her being like 5ft away from me and checking me from a distance this place is a joke I strongly urge anyone who sees this to go to a different clinic they only care about how many “patients “ they see per day to fill quota instead of actually being doctors

I was initially very frustrated when attempting to make an appointment, as it took several tries to secure a time. The delay was due to the fact that only one person handled appointments for my specific doctor and she was allegedly so busy that I had to leave a voicemail on what appeared to be a cell phone. My calls were not returned promptly, which was extremely frustrating. It seemed ridiculous to me that something as basic as scheduling could only be managed by one person. However, once I finally visited, I was pleasantly surprised. The office, despite the location, was clean, and the staff was very attentive, ensuring I was assisted promptly. Dr. Hayes has a welcoming personality that made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly addressed all of my questions.
