I got a standard King room. This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in, in a hotel. Also, there's no microwave and the fridge is broken. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that have microwaves in their rooms. The water pressure isn't great, the wifi is also terrible. Just the process of getting access to the wifi was ridiculous. They don't offer complimentary breakfast, but they also don't put information guides or menus for their bar downstairs or for the food they do offer. There was no information guide to tell us what time the pool & gym closed. Also when you walk into the hotel and throughout the hallways, it smelled very strong like old women's floral perfume. The TVs also suck, they were super slow from when you press the remote buttons to when it actually does what you're trying to do. The parking situation is also very funky. They charge $15/day for parking and you have to do the parking process on your own off a QR code posted outside. It would be nicer if they just did it the simple way and had me pay it up front with the deposit and given me a placard to place in my car. This was a good hotel. It was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed here for an event so we were there just one night but enjoyed it none the less. The location to Levi's Stadium is nice and very convenient. The bar tender Waylon was really nice! They were all very busy due to the world cup event in town but were thoughtful with their service, however we were charged for two drinks we didnt have which was an extra beer and an extra double shot of whisky and didnt realize it till after we were charged and had left so we didnt call to resolve. The one thing that was a bummer was the hotel fitness center. The water was rotten..it tasted like how the Pirates of the Caribbean ride smells. We drank it and felt immediately sick from the water. As a Marriott member I have come to expect two free water bottles in the room as normal at check in but didn't have this and it wouldve been nice. Overall would I stay here again yes. The bed was good, the room was good, the shower was good (minus the water pressure but what hotel has good water pressure?), the bar was good (just keep an eye on your tab), and the location was excellent. Book it!

I just had a wonderful stay at this AMAZING Aloft. The location is very ideal, right next to the 237 freeway, and not far from the 101, allowing easy access to the rest of Silicon Valley and the SF Bay area. The rooms were modern, comfortable and very clean. The common areas are also amazing, with a great living/meeting area and an excellent pool area. I am vegan so really appreciate their excellent plant based breakfast sandwich. Morning walks are great with the adjacent biking/walking trails, both of which lead you to the bottom of SF Bay. Most of all I want to note the outstanding staff providing excellent service there: Truc and Isabella both went above and beyond, ensuring that me and my guests were having a excellent stay. They not only meet the very high Marriott standards, they actually exceed them, providing exceptional service and a very warm welcome to their guests.
