Jasmine and Ramli at the front desk are truly amazing people! They welcomed my family with happy smiles and kindness. They remembered my birthday and also offered celebratory gifts! Great hotel with comfortable rooms and a cool pool area. The restaurants aren't the best, but they'll fine. Front desk is awesome, but the valets are very inconsistent. Seems to be the hotel of choice for airline personnel, I'm guessing because it's fairly quiet for how busy it is. Housekeeping does a nice job also.

I had a great experience staying at the Marriott San Jose, and a big part of that was thanks to Tony at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he made the check-in process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. After a long day of travel, that kind of service really stands out. Tony was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions without hesitation, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of right away. It didn’t feel like a routine check-in—it felt personal, which is rare and appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what really made the stay memorable was the level of service. Tony set the tone for the entire experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about guests having a great stay. I travel often, and exceptional customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. Huge thank you to Tony for making my stay that much better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Marriott to others.
