Bryan and his team are outstanding. I moved to San Jose about five years ago and ran into car trouble. They were the closest shop, so I had my vehicle towed there—and I got lucky meeting Bryan. They helped me right away and got me back on the road quickly. Since then, I’ve brought four other vehicles to them, and every experience has been the same. What really stands out is their honesty. If your car doesn’t actually need a repair—even if you ask for it—they’ll tell you and point you in the right direction instead of just taking your money. If you still want the work done, they’ll take care of you, but they’re not in it just to make a buck. They focus on fixing the problem and getting you safely back on the road. When the bill comes, there are no surprises—just fair pricing and solid work from good people. We need more mechanics like this. I’ll keep bringing my cars here as long as they’re around—and as long as I’m driving. — CJ

I went to Honda and bought transmission fluid after telling them I was gonna have my mechanic change it for me. I told them the make and model of my car and HONDA GAVE ME THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID.. you’d think you could trust Honda to give you the right stuff because they are professionals .. Bryan advised me this was the wrong transmission fluid and that my car could get messed up if I use it. I took that transmission fluid back to the Honda dealership and all they did was apologize and give me the right fluid. You gotta be thankful for the people that actually take the time to look into the detail before making big decisions.

I took my Mercedes Benz to Alum Rock Auto Care to have my power steering pump fixed only to have it returned to me with a broken side mirror light and scrapes all around the car. I spoke with the workers at the auto care, but they refused to take accountability for their own mistakes. I 100% do not recommend anyone come here if you want your car returned worse than how you brought it in. I recommend anyone who brings their car in to take photos all around. I am extremely upset with how they handled this situation, all I asked was for them to fix the damages that they created. I will be filing a complaint with the BAR.

My family's bringing the cars here for years probably and the team were great guys. Seriously send fast and they also do with a smile. Quick in and out depending on what you got. Usually within 10-15 minutes for most oil changes and brakes. Probably about a half hour

They suck. take weeks to even LOOK at the car and ur lucky if that’s even going to happen. so then after a bit I decided to go get it and came back to a scratch . Do not come here. it’s expensive, overpriced, and a huge risk and gamble.
