I had a wonderful experience during my oil change service. All the members were very professional I was greeted With professionalism and the services were completed on time. The waiting area was so impressive, The space was very clean, organized with free snacks and coffee as well as space area for work to plug in your computer computers. I look forward to going back for my next oil change.

They live up to their name "Stress free"!!! A couple weeks ago I had a flat tire and needed it fixed ASAP. (This was at 5:30 on a Friday - yikes!) Called and spoke to Leo. Super nice, efficient, polite and very upbeat. He scheduled me for the next day and told me to ask for Ali. I went in, Ali was expecting me. He and his team were friendly, courteous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, they agreed with me that a patch job would suffice and didn't try to up-sell me on getting brand new tires. I will go back if ever I need their services again.

First impression upon driving up is that of a tight happy crew. The radio was playing and you could hear the guys chatting with each other while they worked. That's the kind of shop atmosphere I want to see from the road! I had an appointment with my regular guy but something happened and his shop was totally closed. I only have Sundays to get stuff done and this was the next highest rated in my area. The rating is well deserved! They saw me really quick, diagnosed what the issue was and got everything taken care of the same day. Absolutely appreciate these guys and I feel confident in coming back again. Just be sure the radio is on the next time I stop by.

I’m writing this to highly recommend Tire Unlimited. Over the weekend, my Benz S550 suffered a freeway tire blowout due to a pothole. It was an emergency, and it was my first time using this shop. They had to order the tire, so my car stayed there for two days. Once Monday came, they provided excellent service, keeping me updated in real-time via text with a progress link. I had already prepaid for both the tire replacement and a wheel alignment. When the car was ready, the employee honestly told me that after checking, the alignment was actually fine and they would be refunding that portion of the fee. I have never in my life had a mechanic shop refund me money that I already paid. This level of honesty is rare. If you're reading this, please support this amazing business! These guys told me over the phone that they would top off fluids. They would look underneath my Jeep fix the squeaking noise. They would tighten up my alignment my steering wheel they did none of that. What they did was they traded out batteries charged me $490 for that 124 Ford oil change I paid over $800. I woke up this morning and my engine barely started because of the cold Start that they have in the battery is super low. Apparently here’s some pictures to show you what I asked them to do and they didn’t do a damn thing my steering wheel still loose I talked to a guy named Philip there, and he was very rude to my friend when my friend asked him if they had oil for Sale the way he acted was just really odd. It’s active after you pay them. They really didn’t give a shit about you anymore I will never ever go back there. Find a different mechanic. You know how people are they always try and get over on you well, these guys definitely do and they lie in the process.
