Townsend is my "go to" mechanic. They fix what I need fixed, and don't try to add on a bunch of fluff. They keep track of my vehicle history, know me by name, and tell me about stuff that may need maintenance soon, but not immediately. This lets me budget and plan routine stuff. Their rates are competitive, and there's no BS involved. Finding a good mechanic is hard, so when I found Townsend, it was like hitting a jackpot.

Larry and Demetrius gave me 5 star customer service and were really nice I felt part of the family. They were honest, accommodating, and really did the most they could to help me during a difficult time. Thank you all so much for replacing my compressor and such short notice, they gave me options as to what route I wanted to take with the repairs and communicated updates with me every day that they were working on my car. Now it’s back to 100% and I’m glad I found this shop! Thank you Larry, Demetrius & the rest of the crew. I’ll definitely be back & I’m so grateful to have found an honest, reliable and kind mechanic! Family owned as well so I appreciated that aspect of the business. Take care guys!

Larry and his team did a wonderful job! Took great care of my car and got the work done quickly. 10/10 would recommend and will be sending my car his direction if ever needing future work.

I needed to replace a critical engine component that requires replacement every twenty years on my 2002 Toyota Tundra. I have been taking my truck to Townsend going on 20 years and how they handled this repair; the quality workmanship, competitive pricing and turnaround time will have me to continue being one of their loyal customer base. I always recommend them to anyone who asked who I trust with my family’s auto repair needs.

Larry and his team did an amazing Job on my 1953 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, I was having transmission issues and no other shop was willing or interested to take on the rebuild as the bands are really complex.The team also fixed my electrical issues also. The car now shifts and cruised like a dream and ready for the next car shows. Larry was really patient as getting the rebuild and parts took time and i was taking space in his shop but always kept me update to status. I would highly recommend taking you car of any age for them to service and repair. will be using Townsend going forward for my service needs.
