Very professional and generous. Sean and Helen were both amazing. They heard out my concerns, stayed in constant communication along every step, and at the end of the process, despite them not finding the isssue, they did not charge me for anything and that includes the diagnosis which in my experience, other shops would still charge for. I’m grateful for their honesty and I will definitely return for any future car issues. Highly recommend them if you’re tired of dealerships and many other shops.

I always have an excellent experience getting my car cared for here! The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They explain everything clearly, completes the service quickly, and make me feel confident that my vehicle is being well taken care of. The waiting area is always clean, and the customer service is outstanding. It's refreshing to find a place that is honest, reliable, and genuinely values its customers. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

I brought my Acura RL 3.5 several times to GIC Car Clinic. I found them to be consistently honest and forthright, knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and understanding of my particular auto's needs at any given time. They also were proactive in anticipating my car's near future needs and helped me plan accordingly. They were very flexible with respect to coordinating my schedule with their busy shop's schedule and very communicative with my cars repairs. What they promised they delivered. Since that time, I have retired that automobile and purchased a new Toyota Corolla LE Hybrid outright so it is precious to me and I will still travel out of my area (East Bay where I now reside. I used to live in San Jose when I first started working with GIC Car Clinic) for some basic maintenance... they are the only ones I trust! I just scheduled an appointment with GIC Car Clinic because customers can conveniently do that too!

Hands down the best service anywhere in the Bay area for your vehicle. All the employees are friendly knowledgeable and everything is extremely transparent. They will show you pictures videos of all the things that they are fixing so you know what's getting done. Some people might think the prices are a little bit more than other places but it is well worth it because you get a 100% quality work I have never had an issue here and I will forever recommend them. All the people are nice and knowledgeable but I usually go with Max.

I had a great experience with GIC Car Clinic. They helped me with an oil change and repairs on some internal parts of my car, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to other places I looked at. Max was especially helpful, professional, and honest throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The team was efficient, friendly, and provided great value for the quality of work. Definitely recommend GIC Car Clinic if you’re looking for trustworthy service at a reasonable price!
