Charlie was awesome - called him at 10am and had my issue fixed by 1pm. Had an issue with my pressure regulator and he got the issue with awful water pressure fixed quickly. He came out to my house in Ridgeview-Webster and knocked it out super quick while explaining the issue super clearly

Charlie was amazing he really helped explain the issue and troubleshoot the issue. He helped give me advice on how to avoid the issue in the future and you could tell he really wants to find the root cause of the issue; he doesn’t just slap a band-aid on the problem and leave it for later. Excellent service. Mr. Charlie did not have a part on hand, but immediately went to the hardware shop and got it. He could have made me wait until the next day to finish the job but didn’t. It’s nice to have someone with integrity. Thank you Charlie!!!

Charlie from American Plumbing Co. was extremely professional and super easy to work with. He showed up on time, was incredibly nice, and explained everything clearly. The work he did was excellent — fast, clean, and done the right way. I’m very happy with the job and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. Great experience all around.
