Elite Rooter SD was a huge help! I had a tree root that busted through my sewer lateral as well as some bellying in the pipe that caused ponding. Despite requiring a 5’ deep trench that was 5-6’ long, Elite was able to get a call Friday evening and have the job finished by Sunday morning. Omar was a friendly and knowledgeable technician. He took the time to show me the pieces they were installing and ensure my husband and I understood the improvements. I will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Our business recently called Elite Rooter for a plumbing issue involving a leak and a bathroom faucet that had become extremely stiff and difficult to turn on and off. They were able to schedule us for same-day service, which was a huge help. Victor quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the recommended repairs, and went above and beyond by helping us explore faucet replacement options. Since I know very little about plumbing fixtures, I really appreciated his patience and guidance in finding the right solution. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Victor took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and his professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stress-free. Elite Rooter has become our go-to company for plumbing service, and we've been fortunate to have Victor handle our service calls every time. Highly recommend!

Tyler was here to snake my bathtub. He was incredibly friendly incredibly understanding. Explained everything to me and cleaned up really well when he was done. And he always smiled. I was really glad for that. And the price wasn't too bad either. Thank you Tyler and thank you elite plumbing.

Our sewer was backed up and water filled up in both showers and toilets. Luckily we caught it before it went all over house! Initially I called some other service and waited and waited! I searched again and found Elite and called them and they had Ricardo at my door within an hour! He was able to quickly determine the location of the backup and get it somewhat cleared with his snake mechanism. Next he was able to get Grayson out with the video and jetting machines. Video showed a severe clog in the lateral line by our clean out so we had the line jetted. After the jetting, they did another video and discovered it was an undersized plumbing cap that had somehow fell in and lodged in middle of the line. This must have been when the city had recently been out and replaced the line so I submitted the video to the city, got a case going and they looked at the video Elite had provided me and got me on the list for repairs. I am happy to report that the city came out yesterday and they were able to repair it and even installed an upstream access junction that Grayson recommended! This was somewhat of a miracle all around in that the city even acknowledged and fixed it in the end and that

I am very impressed with Elite. I (unfortunately) have had to use a lot of plumbers in san Diego which I never felt I was getting the whole picture and would end up spending a few dollars cheaper but be left to repeat the need for the service. DeAndre specifically was who showed up on my job and his clear diagnosis and cost estimate was spot on. He is very professional as well as a hard worker looking for ways to solve the issue. Not only do I recommend them I have already used them on another job. I absolutely recommend giving them a call due to their first concern is fixing the job right not just trying to get a quick job.
