Mauricio was kind, quick, and clear about what he was doing. He said no fee if he couldn’t clear it—the tub has a weird drain that is hard to snake. He was able to clear my tub in about 20 min (I had been working on it for half a day). I mentioned my concerns about the cast iron pipes that I knew needed to also be replaced and he took a look under the house to report back to the owner. Very satisfied and a fair price ($85) for his expertise.

Absolutely outstanding experience working with Exodus - HIGHLY recommend! There was an unexpected availability issue with the commercial water heater that we had ordered…on the day of the install. Exodus did the right thing and offered me a slightly better and more costly unit for the originally agreed upon price. Great to work with a company with such high integrity. Gilbert and Juan were great and explained everything as they proceeded, cleaned up after themselves and overall did a great job. Exodus is my new forever, go-to, plumber!

Exodus Plumbing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was able to set up an appointment for a free estimate the very next day after contacting them. Emilio came out to look at my clogged bathtub drain, gave me an estimate right away for the unclogging and replacement drain. I was then able to schedule the appointment to do both things, the very next day. Edgar had everything fully repaired -- unclogged and the entire drain replaced -- all within 20 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. Their customer service was also very responsiveness! Any time I had a question, they got back to me quickly and clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. The quality of the work was excellent, every employee was professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up and working perfectly before they left. I'd confidently recommend Exodus Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing help. They made what could've been a headache into a smooth, simple experience.

Emilio Sanchez is a fantastic plumber. He always showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and tidy. He even remembered to take off his shoes when he returned to complete part one of our plumbing repairs, which I truly appreciated. I was blown away by his professionalism and kindness throughout the entire process. The new valve has a very modern look, which is an added bonus! I told my realtor friend, Rebecca, who referred me, that they are absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend Exodus Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
