I recently stayed at the Avatar Hotel in Santa Clara for two nights during a business trip. This was my first time staying there, and I was initially uncertain about my choice. I generally stay at the Hilton or Embassy Suites. From the outside, the property has more of a motel appearance, which made me a bit hesitant. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and effortless, and my room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared food each morning. I would also like to recognize the breakfast server, who was exceptionally professional, warm, and helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to get his name. Despite my initial reservations, I am very glad I chose to stay here. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Clara. I will gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Mixed review. Servers at the Parkstone: fantastic. Location and quality of the room: fantastic. Front desk: needs more training. When we checked in, were told we would receive a daily voucher for the food charges due to our status with Hilton. Upon checkout, the front desk person said "Sorry, no voucher. You are out of luck". I guess next time we will check and double check throughout the trip, as it depends on who works the front desk as to whether or not the commitments will be honored.

Great place to stay for business and small family vacation! The vibe and art of the hotel definitely gave Bohemian Socal vibes and it was relaxing as well as family friendly. The rooms and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Location was definitely around many places we needed to go to such as stores and restaurants. The Starbucks next to the hotel is for sure a perk! The staff is helpful,friendly, and great. The fact that they got two separate gyms for cardio and for weightlifting is amazing and one of the rooms all has direct access and entrance to the pool areas which is awesome. Definitely will be coming back here for business and small family vacations.
