This is a really nice hotel and located right off the freeway. There are plenty of places to eat surrounding it and things to do. I found the room to be very spacious but then I was there as an Honors Guest. It included breakfast which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Everything here is sparkly clean and beautifully decorated. The tub in my room was awesome! The only thing about hotels and it's not this one, it's ALL of them. They charge you to park. I guess $169 for a one night stay isn't enough to pay, they charge $20 to park. It's just wrong to charge guests to pay for parking to me. But they all get away with it.

The Hyatt Centric Santa Clara Silicon Valley provided a decent stay overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly enough, but the room felt average in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The modern lobby was pleasant, though the overall vibe was more functional than inviting. The location is convenient for business, but the immediate surroundings lack character or easy walkable options. Amenities were fine but nothing stood out as particularly impressive. For the price, it was an okay choice, but I left feeling it didn't quite meet the standard I'd expect from a Hyatt.

We stayed here overnight for the world cup match at Levi's stadium. Good stay overall - the location is convenient considering it's a couple miles from the stadium. We took Uber to get there ($20!), then at the end of the game we walked back...wasn't too bad, and we followed hundreds of other fans. The room was clean, TVs worked well, bathroom was also clean. We didn't use the pool or Jacuzzi, but it looked decent. Breakfast (included) was pretty good, our server was nice and helpful though he seemed overworked (the only server there!). The hotel also has a nice bar with TV screens and a variety of sitting areas that were comfortable.

I made a reservation for June 18–20; I paid for it at 1:00 a.m. on June 19 via Booking. The hotel sent me a message through Booking stating that my reservation had been confirmed. Booking sent a notification stating that I did not need to pay any fees at the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. on June 19, and the receptionist, a woman named Mylette, told me my reservation had been canceled and demanded $515 from me. I showed her the receipt proving I had already paid. I told her I had already paid and didn’t need to pay again. But she insisted that I had to pay. I drove here from Los Angeles; I’ve been awake for 24 hours, and they wouldn’t let me into the hotel, so I had to spend the day in my car. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never, ever stay at a hotel with such disgraceful customer service again, and I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. The hotel is a complete disaster in every way.
