Wonderful experience - extremely talented staff with great attention to detail. I brought in my own design and was able to get it perfectly done. Healing process was super smooth, and the studio gives plenty of instruction on before/aftercare. Shoutout Katya for doing my first tattoo!! 10/10

Review for Siri Montra: From the moment I first met Siri, her bedside manner immediately stood out. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and nurturing, with a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. To say she made me feel comfortable would be an understatement. What I didn't expect was how emotional the experience would become, in the most beautiful way possible. Siri creates an environment that feels safe, genuine, and deeply personal. There was an immediate connection, and by the end of the session, it felt like so much more than getting a tattoo. One doesn't have to look far into the extensive positive reviews of Siri and Black Serum to realize that she is operating at a different caliber. Her artistic talent is exceptional, and her line quality is as close to perfection as I've ever seen. Every detail is executed with remarkable precision and confidence. What truly sets her apart, however, is the care, empathy, and presence she brings to the entire experience. This was my first tattoo with Siri, and it certainly won't be my last. I could not recommend her more highly.

Norina was absolutely amazing! I've been following her for years and am so happy to finally have a tattoo from her! She was quick to respond to my message and set a date and time for my appointment. The design was perfect, she understood exactly what I wanted from my inspo pictures (a lilly with ornamental designs around it) and it fit perfectly with my existing tattoos. I highly recommend her!

I cannot express how happy I am with my experience at Black Serum, or the amazing work done by Enmanuel! This is my 6th tattoo and one of the best experiences I have had with an artist or studio. I have wanted to go to this studio for awhile and was very familiar with the caliber of artists working there. I had a very rough idea of a gothic architectural piece that I wanted on my forearm for several years, but could not find the right artist to create what I was envisioning. I am an Art History professor, so I do extensive research into artists and admit I am very selective when deciding on an artist, especially one I have wanted for so long. When I saw Enmanuel's immaculate line work, I knew he would be the perfect artist. Booking was quite easy, I gave him my very rough ideas and he created a piece of art even better than I had envisioned, yet somehow incorporated all the elements I wanted, but was unable to articulate. He is a perfectionist with his work, so the stenciling/placement consultation part of the appointment may be longer than some folks are used to, but this is exactly why his work is so strong. I got a tattoo here with Cacta and couldn't recommend her or the studio more highly. The studio is calm and private, feels open with great lighting, and is decorated with a ton of neat oddities and eclectic natural pieces. Cacta's an amazing artist and creates vibrant, intricate, elegant, unique, absolutely beeeeaaautiful work – I found her online while actually looking for a pretty different style, and then literally couldn't stop thinking about her designs after I saw them. I have some other tattoos, which are mostly small and were almost all spontaneous (lol), and this was the first larger piece I got done that I really put meaningful thought and care into. I didn't really know how to navigate the design process and had a few different ideas, and she made the whole thing really approachable and put me at ease. She's really sweet about encouraging questions, assuring you it's okay to tweak the design and placement until it's exactly what you want, and making the experience as comfortable as possible for each client. The piece is healing super well and I'm totally in love with it. Thank you Cacta <3
