I called Bob Jensen to fix my AC. I had called other companies, but they had the earliest appointment. Uz, my technician, was very thorough. He checked everything carefully, showed me what was wrong, and explained everything in detail. He told me what options I had so I could make an informed decision. Then, he fixed the problem quickly and got the AC running again. He was very respectful, professional and didn't talk down to me. I was extremely happy with him (even though the scheduler had the time wrong). It was worth it to have him do the work. If you call the company, ask for Uz; he is the best! I give him the highest recommendation!

Five stars for Pouria! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He carefully inspected our heating and air conditioning system and explained the issues in clear, easy-to-understand terms. What stood out most was his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was being handled properly. Highly recommended.

My technicians Gustavo & Migual were excellent to work. Professional and polite at all times. Any questions or concerns I had were handled to my satisfaction. We did a walk thru together to go over the entire AC & heating installation to cover any questions I might have, even assisted in setting up the smart thermostat app making sure it worked correctly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I had an excellent experience with Pouria Ziari and the service he provided. I’m in the middle of escrow and trying to address a thermostat issue that was causing my AC system to randomly shut off, so naturally I was a little stressed about getting it resolved quickly. Pouria Ziari arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what he was checking, and walk me through his findings in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he was happy to answer all of my questions. What I appreciated most was how honest, patient, and accommodating he was throughout the entire visit. After diagnosing the issue, he determined that the thermostat was the culprit and was able to replace it right away. He then tested everything to make sure the system was functioning properly before leaving. Having the problem identified and fixed so quickly was such a relief. We hired Bob Jenson to come out and clean our A/C unit, which hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed 13 years ago. Enoc was the technician on the job, and he was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, Enoc was extremely polite and respectful — asking permission before doing anything and taking the time to answer all of my questions. He performed a full and thorough test on both our A/C and heater. During that process, he found a small issue with the A/C and a much bigger, more concerning issue with the heater. We had 23 ppm of carbon monoxide coming out of our vents. None of our detectors had gone off, but this very likely explains the headaches I’ve been having. Enoc identified what he believed to be the source of the leak and immediately called his supervisor, Tom, to double-check and verify his findings. Together, they confirmed that a corroded part was leaking carbon monoxide. They also explained that contributing factors included improper airflow from our vents and a gas line that was not properly installed. While it was disappointing to learn that our furnace needs to be replaced, we are incredibly grateful that this dangerous issue was caught when it was. This could
