Cristian and Brandon did a great job along with the other team members. Their supervisor was communicative on everything and informative of the process and benefits to our new hvac AND water heater. We had an old system from 97 and the second they installed our new system, it was a whole new world. They were clean, thoughtful, and precise when working around the house. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is the second time I’ve worked with this company, and once again they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Robert was incredibly attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful situation easy to navigate. A huge shoutout to Miguel, Derrick, and Christian for the fast, professional installation of my new HVAC system. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and had my old unit replaced in no time. Miguel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose and fix our AC issue quickly and efficiently. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. Our AC is working better than ever, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I had a great experience with this Chris with Friars. He came out to check my mini split and was incredibly honest and professional. He took the time to explain what he thought the issue could be and steps moving forward. What really stood out was their integrity and good will. You can tell they really value their customers. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable team!

We had an excellent experience and a great price! Starting with Sales, Robert was very informative gave us all the details and worked with us on the Price for our budget. Miguel got us started on time and started the job 72 hours later they did a great job with the cleanup .. I was very particular about being clean and tidy, and they paid attention. I had I really Appreciated Cristian And Humberto they finished the HVAC and Humberto installed our water system and tankless system as well. I can see it took a lot of work, but it looks beautiful the copper pipes and his technique on making it functional and aesthetically pleasing. I know he did his best and I appreciate that. Thank you as far as the system working it’s awesome !
