I had a great experience with Smith & Sons Heating & Air. They performed an AC maintenance service and a blower wheel cleaning, and the difference was noticeable right away. Smith & Sons was great. They were efficient, cost effective, and respectful throughout the entire process. The attention to detail and level of customer service really stood out. One of the biggest things we appreciated was how knowledgeable they were when helping us choose the right system. They took the time to explain the differences between our options, the benefits and trade-offs of each, and why they recommended certain systems based on our needs. They were transparent about the costs and helped us feel confident we were making the right decision rather than just pushing the most expensive option. They were also flexible and easy to work with when it came to payment options, which made the process even smoother. The installation was completed on schedule, and every technician we interacted with was professional and respectful of our home. After calling 2 other companies I decided to. go with Smith and Sons. When calling in I spoke with one of the owners. She was very up front and straight forward with wonderful customer service skills. She was able to get us same day service and even followed up before sending the technician to the site ti make sure the proper ladder was going to be brought. Through and through amazing customer service was delivered. Pictures were taken and send ti me in real time. There was no hard push for a new unit even though our unit has some corrosion due to living right on the beach. Overall I am very pleased with this company and I plan on making them our regular company from here on out. Thank you Smith and Sons!!!
