I stayed here for just one night and it was a nightmare. At 5 AM people in the room were loudly talking, laughing, and moving around like it was the middle of the day. The beds are so cheap that every single movement makes the entire bed shake — my neighbor was turning over every few minutes and the whole frame was creaking and vibrating. On top of that, the constant farting and loud snoring made it completely impossible to sleep. I was already extremely anxious and exhausted, but I didn’t get even one hour of sleep the entire night. This is not a place for people who need rest. It’s just loud, inconsiderate chaos

Do your self a favor. Don't even book. Lack of communication, phone number listed on website where I booked went straight to voicemail upon arrival, unprofessional, rude. There was no sign posted to what number to call upon arrival or check in instructions. I was lucky a gentleman there outside helped me try to figure out check in. The area is sooo bad you feel the awful energy. Like others have said wayyy too slow to check in and going back and forth. I hated the energy and did not feel welcomed. I honestly did not step in this place. I just left and went to the 24H Korean Spa I'm a regular at and payed $70. They can keep the money. It was very late at night. I am at another hostel now , I have stayed here before. Customer service is great, I feel welcomed and got greeted with a smile. They always answer the phone, extremely quiet, noone here getting high or music, no gettoness. I am very productive here all the time. I am going to extend my stay and redeem my points here. SMH. I am telling everyone I know about this place.!!! Ugh!

I reached LA late due to flight delays. I was 3 minutes late to call/reach out to ask about late checking in process. I called at 10:03 no one answered, agoda customer care tried to contact the property manager several time via call & email. Still no response. I had to spend the night at the airport lobby, after 3 days of traveling in flights from one airport to another. The instructions said check in after 3pm. But doesn't mention "absolutely no response after 10pm sharp" it's only in the terms&conditions part of the booking, so they have "technically " mentioned it somewhere, but you won't find it unless & until you read through every information after the booking. Oh and no refund or response to change of date either. They never respond after 10pm.
