About PodShare

PodShare builds affordable co-living communities to share across 5 locations in Los Angeles: Downtown, Hollywood and Venice Beach. For over 10 years we have offered checkin as early as 10am and check-out as late as 10pm the next day. We offer flexible payment options - by the night, week or month - and accept payment by cash, phone apps or card. Our locations offer free toiletries & shared food pantry. The roommates are a mix of travelers, transitioners (moving to LA) and temps (in between apts, monthly programs). Reserve a $15 daypass to utilize the shared amenities, or bag storage for $6/item. Our host was very nice and helpful. Location is very convenient. Our space in particular didnt have ac but didn't matter at night. Would recommend if you're looking for place to sleep

Super convenient and easy for a last minute pinch for a place to rest over. If you’re doing a solo weekend in the city and need a place to crash, definitely a great spot. A bit more toasty and stuffy than what I prefer but cozy enough to recuperate. Accommodating to most needs and a nice calm spot in the morning to get centered for the day ahead. Easy, quick, and affordable for that last minute pinch to hold you over for a weekend. Highly recommend and will be back soon enough.

This is my second time staying at PodShare Hollywood on Cosmo street. The first time I was here was back in November of 2025 because I went to The Academy Museum and to see the Paranormal Activity Play and the service then was exceptional. Abby is great and so are the other staff here as well. I was here this weekend March 21st-22nd for The Gabriel Iglesias and Jo Koy event at Sofi and decided to book with PodShare again and to no surprise my stay was great again. I think what I love most about staying here over a traditional let's say hotel is the fact that it's in the Heart of LA and they let you check in at 10:00AM and you are immediately able to start relaxing or using the common area. The hostel was kept clean and the beds were comfortable too. I definitely will be back.
