We had Bright Power Electric wire a new attic fan, replace several aging light fixtures, and install bathroom fans. Ricky and Memo did the work, and they were professional from start to finish, showing up on time, explaining what they were doing, and leaving everything clean when they were done. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Everything was installed correctly and works great. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we got, so you're getting solid electrical work without paying a premium for it. If you need electrical work done, I'd recommend asking for Ricky and Memo specifically. Great experience overall.

Everyone that I spoke with at Bright Power Electric was extremely professional, from the start of the job until the finish of it. Gabriel provided exceptional service, he kept me informed about everything. Gabriel did an outstanding job!!! We appreciate the service that was provided. Mike was very professional also, I don't remember everyone that I spoke with but they take the business seriously. If we ever need more help we'd definitely call Bright Power Electric back. I honestly don’t understand where the positive reviews for this company come from. I have a background in electrical work, and it’s clear they rely on customers not knowing any better. If I could give zero stars, I would. It started when I called regarding flickering lights under load in three of our rooms. I’m in Sorrento Valley and saw their high rating, so I booked a call. Things went downhill immediately. The first technician, Daniel, showed up four hours late with no notice; I had to call the office myself just to find out if he was still coming. Instead of a proper diagnosis, Daniel’s first move was to try to sell me a $6,000 upgrade to a 200A panel. Keep in mind, this is a one-story house with gas appliances and no EVs—we have never once overloaded our 125A panel. He admitted I didn't necessarily need it for the current issue, but "would eventually." He moved a few breakers around and started checking all junction boxes for lose connections before he had to go. The scheduling after that was a nightmare. After multiple reschedules and a month of waiting, they sent a different technician. This second guy spent half the visit "roasting" Daniel, claiming he was a "commerci

Gabriel has been so great during our panel upgrade process! Once we contacted brightpower, Gabriel came out and really explained the process. He also was able to get our car charger installed for a future EV. Thank you also to Mark for assisting in getting permits and the paperwork done to get our projected completed. The work turned out great!

I hired Bright Power Electric for electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
