I have worked with the plumbing side of this company and they were always very thorough, very honest and never led me astray, or I never felt taken advantage of. Then my salon AC went out as a new business owner. This was an expense that I was not ready for, I had already gotten multiple consults, and all of them were quick to tell me I needed a new AC.Unit. Point loma came out, Carlos listen to anna cared about my story and where I was financially. He was very understanding, he did an inspection of hvac and found that the problem was a very easy fix also recommended some future maintenance that would extend the life of my hvac unit by 5 years! As a new business owner, it's so rare to find the honesty and integrity of a company that won't bleed you dry! Just delivering great, honest integral service without overpricing people.

If the standard rating for outstanding service is 5 stars, I would like to give Mike 10 stars! Point Loma Electric & Plumbing sent him over to help with an issue my toilet was having but went above and beyond when I showed him some pooling water in my backyard. Not only did he help detect the leak but he got it all patched up, walking me through everything he needed to do. He was very kind, professional, and patient with my concerns. Thank you so much Mike, you are awesome!

I had 3 ceiling fans installed almost 2 weeks ago, and am overall satisfied strictly with the fan installations. However, communication has been lackluster and the job is INCOMPLETE. It was supposed to take 1 day and they needed to come back another day to finish. The next day, I was working and got a knock on the door - I was never informed of a day/time window, and I did have to leave for an appointment later in the day which made it stressful to rush them to complete. I would have liked to be informed so I could have rearranged my schedule. Additionally, we still have large holes in our ceilings in 3 rooms requiring patchwork and I have been following up on scheduling over the last 2 weeks. I was originally given a day verbally, and when I followed up a week later for confirmation, they said it was unavailable and needs to be re-scheduled. I'm afraid this job would remain incomplete if I didn't keep asking! And I still haven't received a date for this to be completed!

Well once again Point Loma Electric & Plumbing Heating and Air and came thru will flying colors! Some how my new toilet would not fit on the existing flange. I called with my issue, Mike Hamersky and Chris Boulais arrived the next day. Not only the next day, right on time! I didn't want to return my product. Mike and Chris said "easy fix". I was so darn happy! And not one chip in my new tile. I remember when Mike first came to my house in January to hydrojet my kitchen cast iron pipes before I installed a new kitchen. I thank Mike for his expertise in giving me advise not to hydrojet because the cast iron was too old. He was so RIGHT, some of the pipes were already cracked and it would have backfired and flooded my kitchen with rotten smell. This company is so down to earth and honest! Mike and Chris, thank you again for saving my new kitchen! Fixing the flange and installing my new toilet. These guys go up and beyond and an excellent job! -Verla Ording

My drains/pipes cast-iron began as my worst nightmare. I called Point Loma Electric, Plumbing, Heating and AJ responded and came and explain everything in detail what needed to be done. Their plumbers Mike and Joel were awsome workers. So professional and attention to detail. I was shocked to see the pipes/drain that they removed. They were RIGHT my cast-iron was broken and rotting away. I give Point Loma, AJ, Mike and Joel an A+ hands down. Mike and Joel informed me what the cast-iron would do if I had left them in, Break and flood under my slab. Right they were, some were already cracked and broken. These guys are so knowledgeable and most of all, HONEST. Here are pictures the guys told me what the pipes would like, RIGHT again. I thank AJ, Joel and Mike from the bottom of my heart. The finish work is great. Point Loma Electric, Plumbing, Heating will always be my go to company. I highly recommend them. Also, my bathroom plumbing, toilet is up to code thanks to these guys!
