We were very satisfied with the service by Edward that we received for an outlet that stopped working. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate his recommendation for the whole house surge protector for our electrical panel which we are having done and will give us further peace of mind.

José was nothing short of amazing for me today. Electrical work can be intimidating and we are all better off just leaving it to the pros. Jose was professional, patient, and diligent as he navigated my mess of wires at a barbershop I own. He refused to settle and give me anything less than a 99% sure assessment of what was wrong with my lights. He gave me options and reasonable expectations that allowed me to make an informed decision with my business. I had no doubt - based on my interaction with him that he could be trusted. I hired SRP Electric to replace my meter socket, which was preventing SDG&E from replacing my broken meter. Rudy came out to inspect the panel. He answered all of my questions and e-mailed a detailed, written quote a few minutes later. When I was ready to move forward, they put me on the schedule for the next business day. On the day of the job, Eddie and Ricky arrived on time. When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. Scheduling and payment were easy. I paid by credit card, and they e-mailed a receipt a few minutes later. I would happily work with SRP Electric again.

My wife found SRP online. She called the number and spoke with a representative who was attentive and friendly. They had Oscar G. at our house the next day. He was extremely professional and patient in understanding our concerns and was able to diagnose the issues with home. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining what was causing our electrical issues. He had an estimate ready in a few minutes and answered all questions we had regarding the job. The next day Oscar was at our house on time and got to work. He replaced our electrical panel and rewired the hallway lights. I was recommend them.

SRP Electric had Oscar and Andy to perform circuit redevice and residential load center direct replacement for my home. They were fast, efficient, clean and friendly. I would definitely use them again for any electrical needs. Thank you.
